Very disappointing experience at Benihana Pittsburgh while celebrating my son’s 12th birthday. A lengthy delay and inappropriate comments and behavior by the chef made the evening uncomfortable for both adults and children. I have reached out to the restaurant and corporate customer service several times but have received no response. Unfortunately, my family does not feel comfortable returning.
I made a Reservation for 12.15 for hibachi table, we were at the same table with another party of 6, which is a usual practice. However, half of the other party was 30 min late, so I was not able to place an order till 1 pm. It was a lunch reservation, and I should not have to wait that long because of somebody else’s tardiness.
Awesome experience will be back
