It's the third time we've been there that we waited 20 plus minutes to be sat and then another 30 minutes before a chef came to the table, waiter was awesome but they need to cleanup service, imo.

We have been celebrating my son's birthday here for 30 yrs & it never disappoints. Our chef, Alex, did a fantastic job and we had a delicious meal & wonderful time.

Read the fine print before you order. Food was cold, and the hibachi steak comes with about 6 pieces of mediocre steak, and that’s all that’s included for 38$… if you want rice and noodles, well you’re at $60 a plate.

We came in and set up. The bar. Service was super slow. It took us about 10 minutes to get a drink. Service at the table was very slow as well. I ordered a glass of wine halfway through dinner and it was brought to me when I was given it to go box I felt kind of rushed. I was asked for dessert immediately after the chef was done cooking at the table when I still had a full plate of food. Overall, it was just OK

We were recently at your Green Tree restaurant celebrating my mother’s birthday. We had Alex as our Cook and he was a lot of fun. I think we set a record for how many times the word “squash“ was used!
We were pretty needy with our orders, and we also switched seats after we ordered, which led to a little bit of confusion, but that is on us. We don’t come here often enough, but when we do, we enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere. Next time you are there make sure to ask for Alex as your Cook! And people, please tip your Cook separately!

We have always enjoyed going to Benihana for special occasions. It's probably been about 6 months since we were last there. While it's expected that prices will rise in this economy, which they did, HOWEVER if you wish to have fried rice with your meal it is an ADDITIONAL $7.50 on top of the meal price now. So not only did the shrimp and chicken meal raise to $44.50 (from in the $30's) you then add $7.50 to have a $52 meal prior to any drinks. Doubtful we'd go back for dinner anytime soon due to the prices.
