Eric cooked for us and let me just say, Eric Rocks Best food I have had at Benihana in years! Also, they had us in and out in an hour, which used to be unheard of. It was a great experience and I will be back again! We have been going here for 25 years, and will be going for 25 more!!
We enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly and efficient. My husband did, unfortunately, find a long hair in his steamed rice. One of the managers brought him new fried rice and steamed rice and gave Amy's a $20 credit. We got a free picture of us together, which was nice. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they sang Happy Birthday to him. We had enough leftovers to have it for lunch today. Noise-there was a table 2 tables from us that had unruly children, they were screaming, dancing and there parents did not correct them. We came for a nice dinner and those kids were so annoying.
Well prepared and seasoned food. On the higher price point, but took home another meal's worth of food!
I had a reservation at 7:00pm on Saturday night for 7 people. My party arrived 15 minutes before 7:00pm and did not get seated until 7:30 The server barely spoke more than 20 words to us and when she did, you had to ask her to repeat everything because she talked so softly. The server only visited our table less than 5 times. Only provided refills for 2-3 out of 7. The cook did not come to our table until 8:05pm Why have a reservation? Walk ins were getting seated before my party. The whole restaurant was uncleaned, crumbs, garbage, debris all over the floor. The cook barely cleaned the grill after the use. My family will never return.
Made reservation for 7:15pm and were sat pretty quickly. However the chef did not come to the table for an hour and a half after we were sat. We were suppose to be celebrating a kids birthday. However, the chef was so slow with cooking the food they started falling asleep at the table after complaining they were hungry. Both kids ordered the wagyu. The comparison from what the server showed us to the cut the kids actually got was mini!! Definitely not worth the money. The chef was very messy, and rice was everywhere around the table. Not a happy customer at all! We didn't get out of there from start to finish for 2 and a half hours!! No one came to use to say sorry for the delay, no manager came over.
Haven't been here in a long time. Came with 6 friends for my birthday. Definitely more tables too close together, way too loud and not room to move. Prices are through the roof and the steak was mediocre at best. Huge disappointment
It's was good other than me having to repeat my order and my request to have seafood made first
Other than a few mishaps by the server, the service was great. The chef, Alex, was flexible, kind and had great energy... plus, cooked the food perfectly!
It's the third time we've been there that we waited 20 plus minutes to be sat and then another 30 minutes before a chef came to the table, waiter was awesome but they need to cleanup service, imo.
We have been celebrating my son's birthday here for 30 yrs & it never disappoints. Our chef, Alex, did a fantastic job and we had a delicious meal & wonderful time.

Read the fine print before you order. Food was cold, and the hibachi steak comes with about 6 pieces of mediocre steak, and that’s all that’s included for 38$… if you want rice and noodles, well you’re at $60 a plate.
