Stop! Save your money. You can spend $100 per person and leave hungry here. Today was worse than normal, new guy cooking slowly. My colossal shrimp couldn’t even be stabbed with the fork. So hard and overcooked, burnt flex of leftover char from grill through all the food. The soup was bomb and thank god for the ice cream!

This place is absolute garbage. The food quality is terrible, and it’s so beyond overpriced it’s genuinely laughable. Save yourself the headache and go to any other restaurant within a one-mile radius of this place and you’ll be happier.

During our visit to Benihana, a place we frequent worldwide, my boyfriend complimented the hostess on her beautiful eyes. However, she falsely accused him of inappropriate comments, spreading a distorted version to her coworkers. Despite clarifying and spending over $700, neither the random accuser nor the management offered an apology for the unwarranted situation. The excuse that the hostess misunderstood due to her age is unacceptable, and I am seeking a more satisfactory resolution to this upsetting experience.

Not very clean. Floor is sticky. Lighting is dark. Our sever was great. Chef was just ok. Food, for the price you pay, is awful. Noodles had no flavor, very little seasoning. Fried rice was the same, no flavor and very little seasoning. The filet was cooked great, but the scallops were just barely cooked, almost undercooked. Vegetables were cooked ok, but were cooked at the very beginning of everything and cold my the time the ret of the food was done.
I have frequented Benihana much my entire life. Always loved it but this last time will be my last. My reservation was for 5:30 and we had family tickets to a show at 7:30. We waited fifteen minutes to be seated, which is fine. That's nothing compared to finally being sat and waiting over an hour for anything!!! We didn't get started until an hour after being seated. Everyone at our table ordered waters and it took over a half hour to get that. Hibachi finally starts but at this point it was rounding close to 7. We had to get our check before our food even came and take our food in to go boxes. We ate as much as we could in house but the rest of our meat and sides that had to cook we had to pack up. We missed half of the show we had tickets for. I'm livid. That's unacceptable service for the level of dining they think they can charge you for. When I called to complain to the manager, the first thing out of her mouth was “we don't give refunds for hibachi” and I said I didn't call for a gift card or refund I was calling to tell you that the service was terrible and do better. I don't want anything from you. I was met with a weak apology and being told they were busy. Well yeah I am sure you are, you're a restaurant on the weekend. I've worked on many, I've been on the other side. There's being busy and then there's terrible service. Never again! Especially with the management's attitude.

Our reservation where For 2 pm on a Sunday the service was excellent and chief Alex did a great job with the food! Very good food safety aware and cooked the food to perfection.Been coming here for years and this was the best experience so far! Keep up the quality and service and we will keep coming back thanks!

They serve Sake hot/cold. The sushi was delicious! I highly recommend the Las Vegas Roll for all my spicy lovers. We had an awesome waiter, Hannah, who was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back!

One of my favorite restaurants and food. Food always great Chefs great and very entertaining. Service also great. Prices have gone up considerably as the norm in todays world . Love the Chefs club I come here every year for my birthday as well as throughout the year.
