We ordered chicken shawarma and gyro from here only cuz it was the only place open so late. The chicken shawarma got 2 of us sick the next day. Unhygienic place. The flavor of the shawarma was also lacking. It was just chicken cubes wrapped in pita with some mayo, lettuce and pickles. Severely underwhelming. I would not recommend.

I have regularly been ordering from this place it’s has a really good portion I regularly order falafel salad and have always been so satisfied with the taste as well the dressing on the sides have also tried the recent addition to the menu which has delicious curries being vegetarian i never had any complaints regarding my food and must try curries and some really delicious appetizers I am being so happy about the new delicacy’s add up to the menu good luck

I just loved the falafel salad always fresh and large filling I order this with salad with hummus it just so fresh and refreshing and the beta bite dressing the sides goes on with hummus and pita bread it’s just filling i thank you for giving me a good choice at first when it comes to fill my hunger ?

I used to order from this place all the time when they first opened, and the food was -so good- then. The steak hoagie, french fries, pizza, and falafel salad were all amazing and my go-tos. But everytime I have ordered food from here within the past year, it has been absolutely terrible. I don't know what happened.Tonight I tried again, ordered a falafel salad, and it was really bad. Only 3 falafel balls that were cold and wet in the middle, hummus or something that was so spoiled I could taste the effervescence on my tongue, 1oz of dressing for a large salad. Plus a side order of stuffed grape leaves that were like microwaved soggy mush.

DO NOT!! order from here at night. There's a lack of customer service, adequate portions, and enthusiasm from how their food is made. I ordered a deluxe panin and they slapped alittle pesto and 4 shrimp on my sandwich and had the nerve to catch a attitude with me. There was no chicken, tomato, onion, or cheese. They also don't peel their shrimp. This place is horrible.

Avoid this place if you are a GrubHub or Doordash delivery driver. They didn't start preparing the food until I got here, eventhough it took me a while to get here. By the way, Hyderabadi Kitchen and Beta Bites are the same place. You should avoid at all costs.

Their food is delicious but knocked it 1 star for location, nowhere to park, as well as the employee- manager came out to my car to specifically tell me that they can't take special orders. Meaning I can't take onions or mushrooms off a sandwich or burrito - no customizations!!! What??? He said I did it this time but moving forward this cannot happen as I have to re-make the whole sandwich? ? I will NEVER be back! Real Restaurants also customize!! So many food allergies today!!

Love this place! I've catered from here twice now for 20-attendee seminar presentations and the food was just perfect.They gave the plates and utensils, kept the food warm, and had things ready on time for reasonable price. The kofta catering and falafel salad catering was a great hit! They put attention to detail in the packaging of the food too.
Best Mediterranean food outside of fine dining in Pittsburgh.

This is terrible restaurant. the staffs behave to the grubhub and doordash drivers unpolitely. timing is so bad. every order is prepared late. owner and staffs are inexperienced.
