First timers from Ohio.\nI have heard about Jim’s for some time and this week was the time we were finally able to stop in. ….a nice corner neighborhood establishment. An unassuming building. \nThere are a couple steps up to get to the front door and there is a handicap door on the side of the building, which by the way is decorated lovely with some religious items other decorations and flowers. \n\nWe felt comfortable and welcome immediately. This place hasn't changed in the 20 odd years since I've been back and it's refreshing to see that some things never change..the food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere felt like coming home. I won't be waiting another 20 years to return.
It took me forever to finally make it here but I did and it was awesome like I was told. Old school pittsburgh bar/restaurant with great food. Had a club sandwich, a rueben, and a steak salad. I will be back for sure to try more of the menu.
