Booooo! Boycott this place. I’ve had constant issues with orders here. The worst was a delivery where none of the wings showed up—only the sides. When I called the store, they had the audacity to suggest that I come pick them up, even though I had already paid for delivery.

They regularly forget the sauce, which is honestly unacceptable (can’t have wings without sauce!) I have never had a single solid experience with this place. The staff clearly does not care about their customers or the service they provide. Completely unprofessional. Do better, BSB—this is embarrassing.

Ordered Honey Old Bay… was a little confused about the menu… didn’t know u had to choose a wet dressing option on the chicken so when it was delivered… it was mostly Old Bay seasoning and no honey on them… they were fried way too hard…

The man running the show was prompt, helpful, and worked super hard to keep up. He was up front and honest about the wait time upfront. Brought the food to our table, made sure we had everything we needed.
The food was amazing. We would definitely come back.

Came to PA from Ohio and wings sounded good today. What a great little shop with delicious food, great service and people who are generous with the sauce!

JUST CALLED TO ORDER. IT TOOK 4 DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS BEFORE THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. I WAS PUTTING IN ANOTHER 50$ ORDER AND ASKED THE YOUNG MAN TO ADD CELERY TO MY SALAD. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE CELERY CAME IN TODAY AND THAT HE MIGHT NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CUT UP SOME CELERY FOR MY ORDER. BUT HE DOES STILL WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER WITH NO PROMISES. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUT UP 1 CELERY STALK ? THAT ORDER WAS CANCELED ON THE SPOT. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ORDERS NOT RIGHT AT LEAST 5 IN THE PAST YEAR AND I KEPT GOING BACK. STUPID ME
DAN THE MANAGER KNOWS ME WELL AND MY EMPLOYEES. I LEAVE DESCENT TIPS EVERY TIME I COME THERE. DON'T BE LIKE ME AND WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE, YOUR FOOD WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU WANTED.
