Customer service is on POINT! Home town vibes, and great wings. Today I got wings and fries, but the chicken Philly is my go-to so far.

She made me the most outrageous barbecue steak hoagie and it was smacking lipping good one of the best steak hokies I had it in a long time. There's one other place here in Pittsburgh called Pepe's Northside strip district and wilkinsburg locations not take it away from big shop. Bob House of wings. They did a fantastic job in my book

Parking: I used the public parking lot on East Carson Street and my information my license plate and credit card and only put one hour in

no stars… I’ve order twice from the south side location within the past two days and never received an order. The claim they’ve sent a refund, but that wasn’t true either. They “closed early” yesterday and today I placed an order 8 hrs before it was to be delivered and they still couldn’t manage to get that done. I am terribly disappointed in this service and would like to be contacted by management.

13 wings for 20 bucks. One of the biggest scams I've seen in pittsburgh. And if this is what they charge at all their locations, then that's just disgusting. Nothing special about the way the cook their wings, nothing special about their seasonings either.

This place has some of the best wings and customer service! I really enjoyed my first experience here dining in the place is small but clean and well organized. I tried the red hot wings extra crispy along with onion rings which was really good w/ the sauce. I'll be back again to get more wings and to try a different flavor.. the owner mentioned they have over 200 flavors to chose from so I'm looking forward to trying something new!

I ordered at 6 pm and the food came @ 9pm. The food was very cold. The driver was kind. But still I spent over $80 because that is what my son wanted for his birthday 18th dinner.

HAHAHA if i could give this less than 1 star, I would. Buckle in, folks. Here’s a story for ya.I have refrained from ordering from this location for a while due to poor service in the past. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the BSB Southside Facebook page made a post about being under new management. I decided to try it out with hope that I would get better service.How naive of me.My order was placed shortly after 6:00pm and the confirmation email said the ETA for delivery would be between 7:00pm and 7:05pm. Okay, fine. It’s a Sunday and there’s football games all day. It’s probably busy. Until 7:20pm rolls around and I call the restaurant. They explained that all of the online orders are “on the road and are on their way.” Oooookay? Now it’s 7:45pm. I’m getting irritated. I waited until 7:55pm to decide to go put my shoes on and drive down to the restaurant to, as the kids would say, “pull a Karen.” To the restaurant’s luck the delivery driver showed up 3 minutes after this decision. I tore open the box and our wings were like warm at best and soggy.I have no idea how long they were in the deliver drivers vehicle, but it wasn’t the 10 minutes it would have taken for me to just pick them up. My mistake.I sincerely hope this “new management” sees this review and does what they will with it. Make changes. Print this out and hang it in your store. I honestly don’t care. But I can confidently say I will forget that this restaurant exists.

Eat at literally any other location or just go somewhere else. I like BSB especially the Kennedy location but the south side one is terrible. It always takes forever and I just ordered off Door Dash and they told the driver they didn’t get the order. The driver showed them the receipt and they still said since they didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t make the order. Which I get happens but they were so rude to the driver and I could hear them giving him attitude and being really rude. Do you guys not realize a door dash driver isn’t just sent there unless YOU confirm the order so…?

I’ve been ordering wings from BSB since the day they opened many moons ago. They were sooo good and fresh and I bragged all the time about where to get the best wings. Over the past few years however the quality of the wings has been in a steady decline. They are never done the same way . Recipe is different. Old fry grease. Overcooked and drowning in sauce like soup. Chicken is sub par. Their prices on the other hand have become exorbitant. I was charged over 20 bucks for a dozen wings . Not to mention that they charge extra for EVERYTHING!! Word of mouth is the best advertising and it’s free. Terrible to see a good place go so bad.

I used to love them, and hadn't had their wings in a while. I ordered more than 20 wings, fries and a chicken sandwich for my boyfriend and I. The wings were so over cooked, every bite you could hear the crunch and it actually hurt to swallow them. I tried the fries, which were so over cooked, I figured it was what card board probably tasted like. I called because I spent $50 there. I was asked to hold and left there for 8 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and Mike the manager got on the line, saying all the wings are on a timer and he did them himself. He also said they just came out right before I got there and they don't make them extra crispy unless asked. I told him, I did not ask for extra crispy. He said he is not allowed to give out cash refunds, but he will remake the wings for me. I told him, I can bring them down for him to see the food was way overcooked. He actually said, they can sit for a while and cook, so that's probably why they were over I live less than 10 minutes away from this location, it hadn't even been 11 minutes from the time I picked up to when I bit the first few wings. Knowing this, he still argued he will not give out a cash refund, but said he can remake the wings or give me store credit. Why would I want more wings, when someone just gets done telling me mine were made at the normal time and still came out tasting like a refry?! Mike did not even acknowledge the French fries. It looked like they covered the wings in sauce soup, to hide how over done and dry they were. I actually put them in a tuppereare container just to see how much sauce there was. I could fill up a whole ketchup bottle. As a Southside native, I am disappointed and grossed out by the lack of care and the absurdly rude behavior displayed here. This place gives the entire franchise a bad name. ??

Very good tasty chicken wings that are prepared and seasoned the way you want them to be.

Food was delicious ? cooked just right. I have eaten at several locations. My favorite was the one on Spring Garden Ave. because from the first time I went there, they cooked my wings just the way I liked them and they were amazing. Now the one in Bellevue is good as well. But this one is amazing with how they do and they deliver... lol

Honestly if I could rate 0 I would!! Absolutely ridiculous ordered wings 9:50pm, told me would be here by 11:20pm! It is now 12:20am and STILL NOTHING!! I contacted when it was my delivery time a guy answered and said it was on its way! It’s an hour later and still nothing! Such an inconvenience; I will NEVER order from this location again!

Wait time was an hour for 16 boneless wings. Got there and had to wait another half hour, on top of that got blue cheese side instead of the ranch I paid for and 8 of the wings were the wrong sauce.

Awesome! They have so many great flavors to choose from. Also the guys there were so helpful walking us through what all of the names mean and even letting us sample the sauces to decide.
