Actually can't comment on the food, but the website explicitly says they are dog-friendly (screenshot attached). Please note that they are NOT DOG-FRIENDLY. We had walked our senior dog over from the incline while visiting Pittsburgh because the website noted that it was dog-friendly and then we were told they do not allow dogs outside.

this place used to be good, not anymore. I had to wait an hour beyond my estimated wait time for my to-go order so I was inside waiting for 90 minutes. while I was waiting I got to witness other customers complaining about the bathrooms, which were never addressed. when I finally got the food I could taste how dirty their grill must be. I think I'm done with this place unless it gets bar rescued lol

Feels like a true middle class tavern, right in the neighborhood. Some of the best fries too

I don’t do too many reviews but I’m really disappointed. This place is horrible. I’ve lived in Mt Washington for over 10 years. I keep trying to give this place a chance every few months. Their bartender turnover rate seems to be high. There’s a few veterans that still work here and hope they are working when I stop by and sometimes I get lucky. I came here 2 times in the last week. Sat down and ordered a water and a drink he repeated the order back to me, gave me a water and then proceeded to wait on 3 other couples and didn’t even make my drink. He didn’t have their order he asked them what they wanted. It wasn’t even busy so I just walked out. Tonight again not busy… I waited a half hour for a refill drink. The food is good here. Wish the service was especially with 2 bartenders. I could handle this bar by myself better than the 2 together 🙄. Every time I go I’m reminded of why I go to other places even though I live the next street over.

I had their ham BBQ sandwich and it was so good. My girlfriend and I split the fried pickles which had bacon bits on it which was unique and very flavorful. The size of the pickles were also surprising because they were big and tasty. It has a nice atmosphere and if you go around the holidays you'll see some nice Christmas aesthetics. The service was also really good and fast with our waiting staff and servers checking on us frequently and bringing us our food quickly and efficiently. I will be returning with more people next time so they can know how awesome this place is.

A Pittsburgh local recommended this spot. Food was super bomb, service was quick and bartenders were friendly. Low key mt wash vibe unlike downtown. I will definitely come back and recommend this place. wings, gravy fries, perogies, and cuban are all good.

There are quite a few beautiful items on the menu. Nobody I attended with drinks so we can't speak on bar items. A combined 6 hrs of driving for all 4 at the table to attend. Totally worth it. Irish nachos were perfect! I complain that hot sauce is never hot enough and my face turned bright red! Loved every second of it! Thanks for the great service and better food.

Visited here a few weeks ago and the bartender used my card to pay the tab of the person next to me. It wasn't even busy she just seemed like she was in a hurry to leave. When I told her she took my card and claimed she fixed the mistake but a few days later I noticed she charged me for my tab and never took the other persons off. I called, they seemed disinterested but stated they'd take care of it. Well they never did. I disputed it with my card company and they claim business claims it wasn't an error. I'd be careful eating here or pay in cash and look at your tab before you pay it.

The Bigham Tavern is a classic neighborhood bar and restaurant. They have great food and drinks, priced well so the place makes money and the customer still feels like they got a good deal.

They both live and piped music as well as trivia, karaoke and other entertainment. There are so many different rooms and spaces at the BT you can find a little different feel in each place.

The wings are some of the best in the city, but don't sleep on their burger, sandwiches or specialty items like pierogies.

If you want a place to chill with friends, this is the spot for you to do it. There are literally no negatives.
