I would give it a negative if I could. I made a reservation for 5:30p on Christmas Day. Asked them if 1 hr after the game was over would be enough. I show up and they had me down for 5:30p on Christmas Eve. Hostess was talking down to me and making me feel like an idiot. And when I mentioned Larry, she was like “uh he’s not here right now but stand over here while I take care of other people”. Unbelievable…how about you take care of me and make it right since you messed up. Absolutely horrible. And zero customer service skills…straight ghetto. Steer clear and don’t waste your time.

I went to eat there after a long day spend in the train with my family. The location of the restaurant is really great, just next to the train station. It wasn’t busy so we were served quickly. Lovely staff. The burger called «big cat » was really good and the smoothie called « 4th of July » was also really good 😊. It’s seems like a good place to go if you want to watch the Penguins / Steelers play on TV while drinking with your friends.
Even the side dishes were full of flavor.
