Not as good as when they first opened. No flavor to chicken sandwich sadly.

Loved the sandwich, fries, and drink! Wish there was more available sauce wise.

The damn hot chicken tenders and hot sandwich were great but the waffle fries were in another level! Also, fast service btw.

Not much to say. Sandwiches were tasty, service was great, very nice lady, even helped us pick out beer although she was not a beer person. Would go again when visiting pgh

Spice level 2 is not spicy at all. Even for a European. Chicken tenders contain sugar. Being sensitive to sugar it bothers me but it can go away if I need to eat on the go. The donuts, on the other hand, are bad with a very strong yeasty taste.

Terrible staff, ignorant customers and overpriced for the quality.

This is literally the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely no crispness, the breading is wet with oil to a point where it just falls off, the chicken isn’t brined so it’s tough. I’ve had it twice once in penn hills and once in shadyside it’s been awful

Little pricey for a basic chicken sandwich but always delicious and not over done like most. Quick and kind service!

Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.

Same as another review, food was drenched in oil. smelled strongly of old cooking oil. The chicken tender tasted overwhelmingly like stale grease, completely masking any seasoning or spice. It almost felt like the food had been saturated in oil intentionally.

I’m feeling unwell from the overly greasy food. This was a disappointing experience all around—please take this feedback to improve.

The few times I've gone (tried delivery a few times and in-person once) the food has been disgusting. I know that it's supposed to be greasy food, but the up-front taste of burnt canola oil is not so welcoming. There are better (and cheaper) options in the area.
