I ordered online and they added a three dollar gratuity without my permission. If you can’t afford to pay your employees you should raise your prices instead of engaging in deceptive practices. Was introduced to your food at a family get together and was really impressed but I don’t think I want to come back if this is how you treat customers

Nick was a awesome & friendly host. I had the fish sandwich OMG one of the best I ever had, waffle fries were delicious and the lil chunkys was ? Perfect crisp and that mayo with its kick Chris did his thang. Definitely will be back when im in town

I ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles. I got pickles on my sandwich. I'm allergic to pickles.
If that's not bad enough, it took 21 minutes when I ordered from the kiosk to get my food because the workers put it in their carry out cubbie and ignored the fact I was in store.
Edit: in response to the owner, no, I don't want to do that. You had workers who cared more about being left alone in the back to play on their phones, then to invest the 3 seconds it takes to read an order. I'm not going to trust an underpaid kid to make me a sandwich without giving me a food allergy. Best of luck.

It was fun coming here for a spicy chicken sandwich and some drafts. The spicy chicken sandwich was really good! The draft prices are also very reasonable. The bartender was friendly and was playing awesome music. We will be back here again.

Foods usually good so I thought to get them on a Friday evening placed my order at 6:33 said itd be ready at 6:51 showed up at around 7:00 waited extra 30+ minutes just sitting there after another guy walked in behind me with his kid said he called 30minutes ago spoke with a girl then proceeded to tell him they didn't get his order the girl remembers taking it just never put it in the system. Feel bad for that guy waiting even longer then I did for 2 chicken sandwiches and a coleslaw let alone they even forgot the spicy mayo that was on the order like thats the icing on the cake never again.
The food here is great! Been here a few times staff is always friendly.

I absolutely love this place. Why buy fast food made from chicken parts when you can get really good chicken from Bird On The Run (probably the same price). It's so good. I don't know what they do to it! There's also a lovely bar with lovely people too!

We ordered takeout. I ordered a level 2, my brother ordered a level 5. I saw it on the menu "RIP". I thought I'd try the smallest little piece of his sandwich. What was a solid 2 seconds of flavor and enjoyment quickly turned into regret and pain. You get what you ask for here and I love it. Somehow he ate that whole sandwich relatively unphased. Craziest part - I didn't learn a damn thing. 10/10 would recommend. (Level 2 sandwich was good too... after I regained feeling in my taste buds.)

we usually love bird on the run, it’s our favorite place. we started in southside and now we have been going to mt lebos location the past 2 times we’ve gone there was no pop. only water. we waited longer than 15 minutes to be acknowledged. tonight it took 20 minutes ro be acknowledged and then told us to wait after 10 minutes we walked out. called to try and order a take out and the same person answered the phone and put us on hold. it was absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning. also the personal hygiene of the front of the house server or whatever was not good!
