This is where Mac Miller hung out. There's food and drinks on the first floor, an outdoor eating area and they let us go upstairs where there is a library-ish room with works of the in-house artist who painted Mac Miller. Cool place.

I was iffy on trying out this place because of some of the other reviews but my food was hot, tasted great, and I really like the laid back attitude of this place.

I decided to visit because I saw how goofy some of the negative reviews are. One was about the cooks talking about roblox while cooking... who cares about the conversation in the kitchen if the chicken is good? Live and let live.

Operating a fake ghost kitchen under a fake name

Ordered a 60 piece nugget with some sides . I got a 20 piece nugget wrapped in foil and sent out for delivery. Pretty bad to spend $60 on chicken and get garbage.

Great for late night eats! The chicken sandwich was pretty good, very flavorful and I enjoyed the spice I added. Fries were pretty good too. Service wasn't bad, there just wasn't much service because you order through a kiosk. The food was ready pretty quickly. I'd love to go again.

Fries were not fresh. Sandwich was cold.
Tables need to be washed with degreaser and the floor.

Terrible service, waited 40+ minutes for mediocre food that they let SIT BEHIND THE COUNTER FOR MOST OF THAT TIME because they neglected to call out that it was ready. Avoid this place if you plan on eating the same day, or want warm food.

Update: even the pickles were flavorless. HOW DO YOU MESS UP PICKLES??!!

Placed an order at 5:30 on a Friday. There was one employee in the entire place and she took more than an hour to make our order. Not sure if management underpays or simply doesn't care enough to hire more workers.
Store was loud and unclean. Soda fountain was out of syrup. Food was not good.

Food service is hard. I get that. What I don’t get is blaring music so loud with four TVs all playing different channels that even listening to someone next to you is a nightmare. I paid before 5:30 pm on a Friday night and am just now walking out at 6:21 PM. So about an hour. I was standing at the counter, waiting, occasionally making eye contact with staff and I wasn’t really acknowledged. Finally, the employee pulled out a bag and said ‘Emma?’

I don’t know how long it was under the counter just waiting. Long enough for it to be cold.

People would walk in the back door, make themselves food, and leave. I presume they were employees. But who knows at this point.

Ordered hot wings and received regular dry wings that were very bland. The worst wings that I ever had. I also ordered a slushie and it tasted flat and watered down. When I got home I tried calling the restaurant and no response. I drank the slushie anyway and tried eating the wings but just couldn't finish them. I tried calling to let them know to get a refund but no answer. I reached out to the manager directly and also no response via email. The wings were one dollar each and I ordered six but i thought the least that could be done is get a refund. Also, the wings were a special and I don't beleive they were a typical menu item. I don't leave negative reviews often but felt necessary this time. I heard good things about Bird on the Run but will not be returning.

This place has rubs and sauces that are 5 star. Kiosk ordering system, cool location, get the strips over the nuggets, better value.

Not worth the price. Smallest chicken sandwich I've ever had. And it was NOT spicy at all. Cooks were swearing in the kitchen the whole time. Very disappointing
