The people working in the restaurant were very nice. The chicken strips I got had absolutely no flavor. No seasoning on them at all. Not even a little salt or pepper. The waffle fries tasted like they had been sitting around awhile. I probably won't be back.

we usually love bird on the run, it’s our favorite place. we started in southside and now we have been going to mt lebos location the past 2 times we’ve gone there was no pop. only water. we waited longer than 15 minutes to be acknowledged. tonight it took 20 minutes ro be acknowledged and then told us to wait after 10 minutes we walked out. called to try and order a take out and the same person answered the phone and put us on hold. it was absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning. also the personal hygiene of the front of the house server or whatever was not good!

Co worker ordered today and one order was left out. We're currently on hold for over a half hour while we hear the staff talking in the background! Now one of our coworkers is out of a lunch. Where's your staff and customer service. So far still no answer and no food! Horrible customer service!

The food at bird in the run is to die for, and the heat is so flavorful, I watch the worker get fresh chicken and make our chicken tenders, they were fresh and hot and filled with love, and all the workers there were all loving and nice, bird on the run is amazing and I highly recommend

wishhhhh i could give them 0 stars. the older lady at the register took forever to complete the order ahead of us. he ordered fish but when it was our turn, she said “we aren’t doing fish tonight”. we pushed back on that because the guy in front of us literally just ordered fish & her coworker said “just let them get fish.” should never want attention from a male - or anybody for that reason, so badly that you cannot maintain the same level of professionalism across the board. ordered cheese - got no cheese. no greetings at the door, didn’t tell us the food was ready when we returned, just a terrible experience. R U N from bird on the run. &

My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and strips. Got home and the sandwich did NOT have chicken on it. I couldn't believe it considering he was the ONLY customer in the store. 1 employee on a personal call and the other did not put chicken on a chicken sandwich. When I called the idiot that took the order stated he doubted that and hung up on me. I called about 20 times and they would not answer. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Unacceptable and sad. This store will not be open long. I see why there is never anyone in the store. Good employees are hard to find.
