Fun local tavern. Extensive drink menu. Good food. We tried grilled cheese, perogies, and a patty melt. Really good side salads. There was only one waitress/bartender working so she was super busy with everyone.

I love this place! I was in Pittsburgh for a work thing, and this bar was around the corner from my hotel. The atmosphere is amazing. It's a neighborhood bar where everyone seems to know each other. I love that it's not one of these places that tries to be all fancy and stuff. If you want to avoid those type of places, I highly recommend Birmingham Bridge Tavern. The food is damn good too! I recommend the fish sandwich and the Pittsburgh reuben. Drink well, eat well, and hang out with real people! Thank you BBT for an awesome Pittsburgh experience!

Soggy wings (undercooked and slimy), cheese steak wrap was terrible! Cold tortilla, lukewarm meat, unmelted cheese. Really should've sent it back, and taken a pic.
Had one here two weeks ago and it was really good. Just no quality control, and/or cooks who just don't care.
Service was alright but not enough to bring me back.
Used to love this place but doubt we'll be back. Super disappointing.

Good food, great service. Hope, the manager, keeps things running efficiently Kelly the waitress treats the
customers like family. This is the best lunch spot on the South Side.

I used to destroy their wings and a beer or two on my lunch break. Just stopped in for the first time in a while and nothing changed. Great spot for eats and drinks with some friends!

Cool little spot, just stopped in for a beer and some wings, they had great flavor. Low alcohol Helltown X Out Cancer IPA was a hit for sure.

Prices are terrific, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect out of a tavern, with a bonus from some potted plants.

The soup du jour, a spiced black bean soup, was out of this world. The fried pickles were the best fried pickle wedges I've ever had, with some terrific batter. The wings were good. The sauces were delicious, especially the spice golden BBQ sauce we had (golden goldenboy, I think). The only thing was they weren't crispy.

We'll definitely be back though.

I basically ordered chicken wings three different sauces which were very good and very spicy and a few adult drinks small place has a lower level and a upper level seating and they have a bar and sit down tables and high chair tables not high chair for kids but high chair seating for adults.

Parking: They have a small parking lot but if you don't get in that then you have to park on the street and possibly pay but if it's after 6:00 p.m. you don't have to pay

We ordered take out for 5 people on a Tuesday night during our stay in Pittsburgh. The food was delicious! We enjoyed wings, pierogis and the chicken tenders. The grilled chicken wrap was flavorful and the Cole slaw on the side was generous! We will definitely order and/or eat here again.

Perfect neighborhood bar feel away from what you typically find on Carson these days. Large menu and a beer selection also!

Food was great.
Atmosphere was very sports bar like, but you could also just chop it up without needing a game on

I recently visited a charming tavern that quickly became a favorite. They offer a fantastic selection of beers, with plenty of local brews to choose from. The highlight, though, was their Reuben sandwich – perfectly toasted, with delicious corned beef and just the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind with friends. If you love good beer and a great Reuben, this tavern is definitely worth a visit!
