We come here for girls night and Annabelle is our absolute favorite!!! Service is fast, things are clean, food and drinks are great. Love our Tuesday nights at Bistro! Best bar in Weirton!

A few years ago I gave 5 stars but we’ve noticed the service has gone down a lot. Our waitress was middle aged blonde hair we’ve had her before. She’s like scattered and can’t handle the tables. Always saying sorry and having us wait really long times for the check or meals or to get a drink. She always acts as if we haven’t been there before every time we go. We asked for a sauce on the side and the chefs gave her a comment about it and then she repeated that comment to us after they brought it out with the sauce on it.

Went here for a birthday Sunday brunch. The food was great. Highly recommend the avocado toast! However, the service was very slow and something was happening with the staff that made everyone edgy. We heard f-bombs from the kitchen and the bartender swearing at the manager complaining about their system being down. Overall, worth the trip for the food but the service and vibe were off and it put a damper on what we hoped would’ve been a nice way to start a birthday.

We enjoyed our dinner, the atmosphere is nice/warm/cozy. The Mediterranean appetizer was great. The steak & potatoes were great but something was definitely off with the broccolini. The steak is market price which was $67 when we visited.
We made a reservation about 30 minutes before we arrived and there were plenty available, but I'm glad we did as it was fairly full when we got there at 8pm.
We would visit again if we were in the area, but would not go out of our way just for dinner.

Excellent meal here in the heart of Mt Lebo. Menu included crab cakes, swordfish steak, meatloaf, etc.; a little bit of everything. To boot, enjoyed a couple of very good wine offerings. Good service as well. I'd definitely return 👌

A busy small restaurant in Mt Lebanon, place is neat - I passed them several times finally came for the first time as my daughter really wanted a steak near our house. foods are better than average, but the overall taste and service is not worth the nearly $100 per person price we paid. We came as two without reservation, the other 2 who were 2 min before us and another 2 who were 2 min after us were both seated with a table while my daughter and I - two petite lady were put on the high top bar with high stool. I did see available table for walk in but just need a little bit time to get prepared; I would prefer they could have asked us if we want to wait for a bit for a table or sit by the bar without waiting - which was pretty common in other restaurant. Bar tender was nice but she was too busy to really take care of us. Maybe a mom with a daughter does not look like we gonna spend $100/person. Overall - if you want to spend $100 / person for a meal - there are many better choices.

We went by this restaurant for years and never stopped in. Then we decided to go for a birthday dinner. We had a wonderful appetizer, cocktails, wine, and entrees. Melanie our food server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We will be back soon!

Everything was top quality from the bread, the salmon soup, and the wedge although I would try a different dressing other than the strawberry parmesan. Parking is always a challenge in that area.

This was our first time to Bistro 19. I have to say that the food was fantastic. The restaurant is smaller in size with maybe 20 tables, so definitely consider a reservation. The waiter was friendly and did a nice job. The decor was also quite appealing as a renovated older building, they did a good job with it. We will definitely be back.
