One burger was cold and we had to ask for some food to come out. Appetizers took 20 minutes to come out
As someone who used to love BJ’s, it’s actually painful to write this. The service started with waiting about 15min for someone to take our order… it wasn’t yet busy and given the “staffing shortage” issue across the industry, we were patient. The waiter approached us, took our order and that was one of the two times we actually spoke to him considering our food and drinks were delivered by other people. None the less, when our food came out it was not what it always was. The porkchop, dry, over-seasoned and overcooked. The mashed potatoes, dry. But again, we don’t want to make a fuss and figured we would enjoy the pizzookie. After another long wait, and drinks sucked dry with no refills in sight, the pizzookies came out burnt. We sat there for almost 20 minutes before we were checked on and by that point we were ready to go. I disclosed our disappointment and shocking enough they comped us OUR SODAS because our meals were considered part of the “weekend special”. We paid our bill and left but between the lack of customer service, the poor quality of food, and the lack of reasonable accommodation, we will not be returning. It’s a shame considering we were once regular patrons only for everything we loved about this place to decline and/or diminish.

Soup was freezing, literally. Service was slow. The salad was so small it looked like a side. We are normally fans but this experience was just awful.
Justin did fantastic! Kept checking in on us even stopped to have a chat about my tattoo which connected over!

The open table app said there was only one table left for the 1:00 PM seating so we took it and when we got there the place was probably only 10 percent filled.
Justin was our waiter and he was amazing! Very efficient, friendly, and professional

Justin was our server. He is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. It is much appreciated.

Justin was an amazing server. He was on top of everything, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was always available when needed. Absolutely incredible service that helped me forget past issues I ever had at BJs. I'll be coming back because of him.

Food was good minus my burger being well done instead of medium. Service was absolutely terrible. We had to wait 3 hours from start to finish. Server kept forgetting to bring me a drink out. Would try this place again because the food was decent.

I walked I’m delighted by the atmosphere and the joy of the bjs restaurant and brew house but once I saw my waiter I knew we were doomed he was being sensual towards my buddy preston and Preston liked it for a little bit but then it got to far he our waiter came back again and was licking his lips and smiling yelling baby

I had a great experience at bjs and the food was great but one thing was very off. John was calling me baby and winking at me and seemed a bit weird and he knew I felt creeped out and I’m a 20 year old blue collar guy. He was a terrible server, and gave us no refills and the food took 1 hour and no one was even there.John continued to be weird when asking” hey babes how was the food” we knew something was a little off and felt rlly uncomfortable and called my dad a shooby cutie and we only tipped 4 bucks each and when he seen the first come through he looked over with an angry grinch face and he took the receipt out of my friends hand rlly fast and seems miserable so I’m never coming here agian unless I get someone else and deal with it John! Never agian

I came there specifically for the Chicago style deep dish. The pizza was disappointing ,not even close to the original Pizzaria Uno Of Chicago. The crust was nice and crunchy. However the thickness of the toppings layer(chicken, mushrooms, cheese and sauce) was 1/4-1/5 of the over all thickness of the pizza. I was eating mostly dough.
The sauce was underwhelming in quantity, and it was sprinkled on top of the toppings.
