I've only eaten here twice (I live over an hour away). Both times the food was great! The first visit I had the Cheesy Broccoli Soup & it was fantastic - so cheesy. The pizzookie is super yummy. The prices were comparable to other restaurants of similar caliber. If I lived closer I'd definitely eat here often.
Food here is awesome! Service is great and staff is friendly. We go here all the time. Burgers and Pizza are amazing!
Amazing service at this restaurant. Our waitress Rylie was great. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. It gets busy quick, so reservations aren’t a bad idea. The pizookies are so good and you can’t miss out on them. There is a happy hour from 4-6 I believe with a few promos.
The menu is varied and the food is good. Our waitperson was friendly, informative and attentive. The reason for the zero star review for service is due to the bartender we experienced as we were waiting for a table. Ashley was extremely rude, uninformative and inattentive - really horrible - so much so, that I was compelled to write a review (which I rarely do).
Good food, just the fries came cold, and they were very short staffed and it took a while to get anything.
Their online ordering system on their website is an absolute pain. It's slow and buggy and times itself out. Their food is good, but it's not worth the pain of fighting through their website.
Got take out food was cold
Arrived at time that was given to us to pick food up.
My husband and I stopped here for dinner a couple days ago after visiting a family member at nearby UPMC Passavant. The place was packed so we decided to sit at the bar for quick seating. The bartender Bruce is great! So friendly, positive and helpful! The food was very good. We got the pot stickers, spinach dip and a burger. Burger cooked to our liking and flavorful! BJ’s is one of our favorite spots and we recommend to anyone!
Absolutely terrible food and experience, extremely overpriced for the quality. Went around 4:30pm on a Monday. My daughter tried ordering chicken parmigiana, she was told the “pasta station” was down. Guess they can’t boil water. Then she asked if she could just have the chicken and was told that was not possible. My youngest then wanted the Mac n cheese from the kids menu but loves baked potatoes and asked if she could add that to the meal instead of the kids sides. She was told no also, I asked if we could do it for an up charge and was told no again. Then when we finally settled and the food came out they didn’t bring one of our meals until almost 10 minutes after everyone else and I also waited 10 minutes for the dressing I asked for my salad. A total of 1 hour for us to eat and it was an empty restaurant. On top of that our food was not well prepared for the cost. We also had to constantly ask our waiter for refills, he was not attentive in the slightest. I have eaten here 3 times before this and it was never this bad. I will absolutely never return because of the waiter, the quality of food for the cost, and the lack of accommodations after being told we can’t order a menu item. I see why the restaurant was totally empty at dinner time.
Josh was our server & he was awesome. Everything ordered was spot on. Glad we made reservations!

It's always ‘good' at BJ's. Very noisy, though. But, it's big place and popular. Parking stinks. So glad they take weekday reservations.
Always a delicious meal at BJ'S. The Enlightened Chicken salad with quinoa is light and very tasty.
Again they were understaffed resulting in not being able to order any pasta dishes. This was not the first time this has happened! Three of our guests ordered the prime rib, which was unremarkable. The other two meals were sandwiches and fries which were ok, just not very flavorful. Service was ok considering the lack of staff.
We have a girls night out once a week and BJ's is always in the rotation. The service, price and the food choices and taste never disappoints
Drinks and appts were great. Then dinner came - 6 people in group. Dinner for two came out then couple minutes later two more then finally last two. First two served their mash potatoes were ICE cold. Garlic butter was to be added to steak and they forgot. Served said oops and by the time she returned steak was cold. Next time IF we go it will be for happy hour not for dinner. Shame as too many options there for bad food.
