Iv eaten here a handful of times and while in restaurant iv never had any issues with service or food however iv ordered there for pickup 3 times. Absolutely terrible each time. This third time was the last time I'll eat from there. The sweet potato fries where as bad as they look. Definitely days old, lifeless soggy food. The desert cookie arrived with a quarter of it missing with finger marks in it like someone took their hand and ate peices out of it. I didnt think it was possible to go wrong with loaded mashed potatos, again tasted like it was days old, had a sticky glew like consistency. The brussel sprouts iv had in restaurant where so amazing, the same order pick up was unrecognizable.

Stopped in at 6pm on Saturday after visiting the mall and thought we would have a long wait here. There is open seating at the bar high tables so we sat right down and Justin took our orders immediately. He even asked if we had rewards so we gave him our number and he said we had 2 free pizookies! We would not have even known if he didn’t ask. He checked on us often. Most places the waiter/waitress barely even notices us. Justin made sure our drinks were full and or food was perfect. With service like this and a wide selection on the menu it’s hard to go anywhere else when we are in the area. Thanks for a wonderful Saturday evening!

We definitely enjoyed the food but we waited over 45 minutes for a meals. If you can't handle the demand, decrease the number of people you are seating!

We were seated promptly and waited on quickly. Had Ahi Poke appetizer-- crispy wonton crackers were light and flavorful with mild spice on poke. Prime rib entree arrived medium rare as ordered, but side of asparagus was completely untrimmed and very woody & inedible. Other entree of soba noodles with spicy peanut sauce & chicken was tasty, noodles not overdone.

Definitely ask for Justin ! He was one of the best servers I’ve ever had so attentive, nice. informative,& quick. We had a great experience all of our food came out fast and delicious ! (Lemon pepper wings, parmesan crusted chicken and the brisket bacon burger)

We are not very big into chains but have heard good about this for some time now. We were in the area and decided to stop! It was very underwhelming. It’s definitely a town center restaurant with a mixed/loud crowd. The restaurant is rather noisy. I want to say our waitress was excellent (10 stars)! She was attentive, friendly, and is why I gave this two stars! For the food, it was underwhelming & honestly it’s nothing they did wrong, the food was just not good. We had the crispy jalapeño burger and the roast beef sandwich. Both were bland and had no taste of seasoning. The roast beef felt cold throughout and gave very much deli meat vibes and the au jus sauce tasted like Campbells broth. The burger was very bland with little taste other than ground beef. The appetizers (pickle fries and Mac balls) were delicious! For the last part, I had the worst stomach cramps following dinner and never felt so bloated in my life. I truly felt like I ate 2 servings of chicken parm without taking a break. For $70 (without tip), I definitely would not be going back here and will always choose to drive into the city for a local spot. Again, noting the restaurant did wrong and the service was great-it’s just not very tasty food.
