My wife and I ordered two pizzas and meatballs at 6PM on Friday, the 23rd of May and ended up walking away from the food. I have never seen such high levels of incompetentence at a restaurant ever. The sauce was almost absent, put together haphazardly by the staff and got 2 of my orders wrong. The labels for the ingredients were all in the wrong place and the dressings were all in a big dump in the middle of the counter with no labels. After looking at the quality of the workers, I had no confidence that I would not get sick eating the food. No one is at their assigned spots, they are poorly trained and very slow. I used to be a blaze fan but I am not coming back.

I am a frequent Blaze Pizza customer, as well as my boyfriend. We placed an order through DoorDash at 1:38pm today (04/24/25). The whole order was for 1 order of cinnamon bread, 1 bottle of Diet Coke, 1 order of pesto cheesy bread with 2 red sauces, 1 side of buttermilk ranch, 1 BYO 11” pizza: classic dough, spicy red, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, red onions, roasted garlic, ranch drizzle, cook well done, and 1 BYO 11” pizza: classic dough, red sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, red onions, roasted garlic, spinach, sea salt, oregano, olive oil, balsamic glaze, cook well done. Our entire order was WRONG, which makes me extremely upset as I love Blaze Pizza and was very excited to receive my order. We did not receive our side of buttermilk ranch, bottle of Diet Coke, and 2 red sauces. Our pesto cheesy bread was UNCUT and after cutting it we had to eat it with no sauce since we never received it. On one pizza it was missing roasted garlic and ranch drizzle. On the other pizza it was missing basil, red onions, sea salt, oregano, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. DoorDash only refunded $11 on a $57 order for all these missing ingredients. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my order today and most likely will not be back for a little while due to this! We were working from home and was not able to drive to Blaze Pizza to have them fix our order, so we had to eat what we got!

Nice crispy crust, nice sauce, not too sweet. A few more mushrooms would have been nice but definitely will go back.

Went in today for lunch and there were only 3 people ahead of us. Ten minutes later, they are still making the pizzas. The employees seem to have no motivation and just generally a bad vibe. We’ll take our business elsewhere

Got a custom pizza and the builder made sure all ingredients were nice and evenly dispersed. They were definitely not skimping on any ingredients. Everyone was friendly and food was quick, as it should at a place called Blaze!
