We were there for an hour and 20 minutes for two pizzas because they claimed they run out of dough. The manager didn't lift a finger. The whole time stood in the corner and was just talking on her phone texting. It was the worst service experience I have gotten in the last year. I cannot believe that place is still in business with the current management. I don't understand how a pizza place runs out of dough which is their staple and nobody was making it as they said they're renovo and I know it takes time to add yeast and let it rise and blah blah blah but the manager came was the worst manager I have ever seen at a restaurant. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be this rude and crude but but I don't think I'll ever go back to robbinsdale blaze Pizza and I love blaze Pizza.

Placed an online order for 5:30 pickup and arrived on time, only to watch my pizzas sit in the back for nearly 30 minutes while other customers came and went. One pizza sat out for 25 minutes before being tossed in a box, the pesto bread was burnt and had to be redone, and the sauces I paid for were forgotten. The single worker on the oven was overwhelmed and careless, and when I asked to have the cold food remade, I was told I’d have to wait behind new orders. After wasting almost an hour, I left with cold, poorly handled food and zero customer care. Unacceptable service, bad quality, and absolute incompetence — I won’t be returning.

This used to be a great place run by a great group of guys. Fast and efficient. And then today’s experience was awful. The pizzas were completely burnt! The staff huddled together and chatted away while we waited and then had the audacity to serve the burnt pizzas as if it’s totally normal. The place is now run by a bunch of people who really should not have any customer facing job because they have zero decency and very casual approach to the whole “Fast” food service industry …. I am very disappointed as this used to be our go to place for pizza. Food is still ok but shitty customer service puts a damper on the whole experience. Won’t be surprised if this place also shuts down quickly…

Theresa was amazing. She really seemed to make her team have a good time while working. My pizza took a few extra minutes and she compensated me with a beverage (which was not necessary, as I was not an unhappy customer). She seems to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The atmosphere is just a standard mall style pizzeria but everything else was fantastic! Definitely fresh ingredients on the pizza in the Caprese salad was a treat.

They have a wonderful approach of making their pizzas not only right in front of you but by engaging the customer to fine tune your pie while you watch. Then follow that up while they cut up the pie with any final touches like a drizzle of oil, or a shake of Parmesan, or topped with some fresh chopped Rocket (Arugula). They really deliver on the experience and make you part of the process. There are options but the regular crust is a thin crust. Nice and crisp while keeping a nice chew. Sauce is good. 4 stars on the pie because although it's good it's not quite perfect but getting there.

This is one of my favorite Blaze Pizza locations. They always serve up some good quality pizza and have a big assortment of toppings to choose from. The service is very good every time that we go there
I visited the Robinson location. There were approximately 8-10 employees working. They were eating and drinking while handling food. The guy moving the pizza in the oven dropped the large paddle on the floor and hung it back up. They burnt my pizza so I asked for it to be remade. The guy used the paddle he dropped to touch my pizza and I immediately asked for a refund and left.
