Blaze Pizza

Usually the pizza is really good. I love that you can pick all your ingredients including cheese and sauce, not just toppings, because I'm picky. But I recommend ordering in person, not online, so you can see them make it. Last time I ordered online they put way too much sauce and veggies on it so the dough was literally sopping. This was pretty nice! Fast casual in the style of Mod Pizza or Pie Five (only better). The pizza was crisp and fresh out of the oven, flavored with olive oil, pesto, and seasonings. I don't normally love arugula, but if you fold it between the slices, it is pretty tasty. The service time was decent, taking about nine minutes to get the pizza done (mind you, place was short-staffed and only three guys were there working as fast as they can).
