Had a Cuban and vegan chili and was amazing. I’ve past those place for years and today I said I’m stopping. Hate I waited this long!!!

Cute little spot in the middle of downtown! A little pricey, but that's whatever. Food and service was great!

Advertise having vegan cookies and they are never available. I’ve been trying to get them for a while. Service seems to be mid otherwise.

I attended an event catered by Bluebird Kitchen, and it was absolutely delightful! Many creative, fresh, and beautifully presented options for people of all dietary restrictions. Loved it.

The breakfast sandwich was amazing! The ciabatta bread was delicious. It was so fresh like a large English muffin. Everything was fresh and high quality.

I do not typically leave reviews, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I have been coming to Bluebird for a few weeks now and had made it a regular stop. Unfortunately, there is a younger employee who consistently shows a lack of customer service skills.

Today, he rushed me through my order, and then prepared my drink incorrectly. What was supposed to be a hot matcha latte was served lukewarm and poorly made. This is not the first time I have had a bad interaction with this young man, and it has become a recurring issue.

Bluebird has some strong team members, and I have had positive experiences here in the past. However, if the goal is to provide reliable and consistent service like I used to receive, more attention needs to be given to staffing decisions. I cannot continue bringing my business here if this level of service continues.

Stopped by Bluebird Kitchen and unfortunately didn’t feel very welcomed. The lady at the counter seemed annoyed when I asked a few questions about the latte sizes and espresso shots, which I always like to clarify since every cafe is different. The coffee itself was okay, pretty average. The muffin and oats were underwhelming. I’d only come back if I really needed a quick stop, not because I enjoy the place.

Walked in to order a fresh salad. No one working in the cafe would make it, they handed me an undressed, un cut, pre made salad from the cooler. $12.95.
After I took my salad out and found a table to sit, I realized the chicken wasn’t cut and had to walk back through downtown to ask them to cut the chicken. I was handed a plastic knife. “It’s the best I can do,” was the response.
There was no one dining in at the time.

Half the menu items missing and rude counter service.

fascinatingly hostile warehouse vibes. pictured is my chicken salad sandwich. the cashews are indeed whole

Scone was not the greatest, had a strange after taste that wasn’t very pleasant, and the sugar on top was too much for me, but will come back to try their savory items again!

Smallish place with bar stools. But the best egg sandwich on earth! And the ciabatta roll is out of this world! Best egg sandwich in the Burgh for sure!

Best hot chocolate in town and yummy food!
