Overpriced foods good but way overpriced for the neighborhood it's in

I've been there for breakfast twice at the Painter's Run Rd location. Both times around 8:30 AM and the diner wasn't overly busy. In spite of this, the service was TERRIBLE! We sat for quite quite a while before a waitress came to offer coffee, even though they were behind the counter doing busy work. I ordered eggs with sausage and home fries. The eggs were fine but the potatoes were cold and underdone with no flavor at all. The sausage would have benefited from more time on the grill. Coffee cups went emptied and sat that way for too long before a waitress reappeared. Food was eaten and plates sat there as we again waited for a check. All the while, the staff is slowly moving about the diner with their attention everywhere but on the customers.Never again!

What a joke. Gave this place a shot cause gab n eat was closed and should’ve just called Denny’s instead. First off took an hour for food when told 20 minutes. Order was wrong/missing items which we had to wait for and then made our other food cold. Poor plating. Potatoes were tossed in the box and killed the egg yolks which I ordered extra toast specifically to dip in the yolk but as you can see the yolk was destroyed and all over the rest of the food. Personally I feel I wasted 32$ on food at this place during this pandemic which is even more messed up that they’re ok with this type of service and quality

Hubby and I haven't been to this Bob's for a good while so on this cold winter morning, we chose to stop for breakfast. It's a cute little place with limited parking but we found a spot with no problem. Landed a booth by the window which was nice while our waitress adjusted the window blind to block out some of the sun's glare. Love the Raisin bread french toast so chose that for my breakfast. Hubby had eggs, home fries and toast. In no time our meals arrived. Our waitress stopped by often to see if we needed anything. The food was amazing, hot and flavorful. My french toast reminded me of a hot cinnamon bun with syrup. So good. Hubby inhaled his breakfast in no time. Love the food and atmosphere and friendly staff.

My first visit ever. Food was great, service was great, and the food came out fast n' hot.
Superior diner cuisine, great waitstaff, local ambience to name a few of the many compliments I could offer. Bob’s is the classic definition of a “local gem”. We know that whether we are in the mood for breakfast of lunch or brunch, they’ve got it all nailed down. This will be a favorite of ours and yours for years to come. In summary, it’s cozy and you get your money’s worth.
