The mahi mahi was dry, as experienced before too, but all the other entrees, salads, and drinks were great. Also appreciated the overall value.

The fire alarm went off during our meal and it was super loud. Apparently no fire. Just the alarm. Will not be returning.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. Bonefish Grill used to be my favorite restaurant. We were local for three years and visited regularly—about every other month. I hadn’t been in around two months and decided to stop by alone today after my nail appointment. I was dressed appropriately (leggings and a nice sweater), clean, and presentable. I was seated in a booth near the bar. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the service was very uncomfortable. My waitress (a young blonde woman, I don’t remember her name) had an attitude throughout the entire visit. She was rarely around, my food took a very long time, and she never once checked on me or offered to refill my water. Bonefish Grill usually serves complimentary bread with pesto, and everyone around me received it—except me. When I politely asked if they had stopped serving bread since I hadn’t visited in a while, she gave me a side-eye and said, “You want bread?” in a very dismissive tone. I then waited another 10 minutes just for the bread. Every interaction afterward felt rushed and unfriendly, with clear attitude for no apparent reason. Because of the service and long waits, I completely lost my appetite and ended up taking my food to go. I left only $5 tip cause the service did not reflect the level of respect or attention that other guests were receiving. I felt singled out and treated poorly, which was upsetting—especially at a restaurant I used to enjoy so much. Very disappointing experience, and sadly not the level of service I expected.

Over the river and through the woods,
To my Dad's doorstep you did go -
On Christmas Eve, with food in hand,
Braving the cold and snow,
Thank you, to the Manager of Bonefish Grill, for saving the night,
With dinner warm and true.
Your speedy sleigh (okay, it's a car!)
Brought holiday cheer right through!
Five stars for your festive spirit and service!
Many thanks - Patty and Paul Immekus

It’s rare I think about a server after a dinner but tonight I definitely did. Stopped in today with my husband and had an amazing time. Nick was our server and was absolutely phenomenal. He had such a warm and fun energy to him. We got the new salmon special and the lobster ravioli which were both recommended to us and we were beyond pleased with both. He managed to talk us into taking a piece of chocolate creme brulee home as well for “when we cuddle up on the couch and watch TV later”. Oh my lord how this sweet child knows how to do his job. I will be back just for him and will happily take more creme brulee.

We went for New Years Eve and had a fantastic experience. Loved our waiter and our out of town guests really had compliments on the food. Would strongly recomend.

My husband and I first time here. Staff was very friendly, martinis were delicious. I ordered maui Maui and shrimp and unfortunately my fish and shrimp were extremely overcooked. I would have sent it back but the server didn't come around soon enough and we were on a time schedule so just ate it. I did mention it to the severer when she finally addressed us and they did give me dessert to go. I'm sure we will be back definitely for the martinis

Asked to sit in warmer location. Seated by window and it was very cold and drafty. Our server was great. He brought us the happy hour menu that we were not given. Ordered the tomato bisque, caesar salad and edamame to start. Soup was delicious. Ciabatta bread and olive oil was enjoyed. Caesar salad was way over dressed and the edamame had old bay seasoning on it which albeit different and NOT noted in menu was not enjoyable at all. Our meals of scallops and shrimp with mashed potato and broccoli served with mango salsa was good. The other meal of pork chop was also good BUT the premium side of scallop potatoes did not come out with pork chop and when arrived the potatoes were not cooked enough.

I don't know why restaurants don't give more thought to noise level. This place is impossible to have a meaningful conversation with a dinner guest, plus the tables are so close together on the banquette side that you feel like you're eating dinner with people sitting on either side of you. That said we were fortunate to get a reservation at 6:15 on New Year's Eve, but don't frequent this establishment for the reasons I mentioned earlier, as unfortunately, the food and the service don't compensate for the lack of ambience and the noise level.
