Wish I could rate this experience as a 0/5 stars. When we arrived, our online order was not fulfilled, they were "out" of turkey, chicken, Mashed Potatoes, stuffing, and had one scoop of mac and cheese left, and one serving of Broccoli left. We ordered over $70 worth of food and none of it was available. They only had sweet potatoes, the limited Broccoli and Mac and cheese, and meat loaf.I was told I had to talk to corporate to get a refund because they "don't control" online ordering. Once I called corporate, I was told it would take 7-10 days to get a response and they will have to see if a refund can be issued. This is not our first bad experience at Boston Market or this location. Last time we had issues was Christmas eve, when we ordered over $200 worth of food that was never delivered and we had to go pick it up on person. When we arrived, other has the same experience and we waited over an hour to get the meal that should have been delivered.
Made a visit this past Thursday and unfortunately they only had roasted chicken and very fewSides. It looked as if there was only one worker present, the windows looked extremely dirty and the lobby seemed closed as all the chairs were pushed up so you couldn’t sit.The sole worker there seemed very nice and extremely apologetic for the lack of food which should be a reflection of the owner and possibly store manager. If the store can’t have enough workersLet alone only 1/4 of the menu, just shut the restaurant down.I won’t visit again until this store has some positive reviews.
I know they’re struggling with staffing at this location, but I still LOVE their food. Idk what’s going on with their logistical challenges, but I’ll continue to support them in the hopes that they can survive. NO other fast food chain comes close when it comes to offering real, home-cooked style, delicious food. Please ~ give them another chance to help them stay open.
How do you mess up a mobile order? Everything is clearly on the order receipt. I ordered mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese and turkey but instead I got meat loaf, sweet potatoes. Only thing right was the mac and corn bread. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t answer their phones just let them ring. I used to go to this location and never had issues. I will never go back. Hopefully someone calls back from the survey for a refund.
The food did not appear very fresh and they were out of several items, at 7 o'clock. The worker then used the food knife to cut open our silverware, and then put the knife back to use again on food! That was enough for me! I asked for a refund. I feel this place is very unsanitary and does not care about serving fresh food.
I love Boston Market, but this one is so disgusting. We went there tonight and there was barely any food left. We ordered with the 3 sides they had and they never once put gloves on. The man came out from the back and grabbed the cornbread with his hands and moved them individually. The girl working behind the counter was rude and in a terrible mood. They never have the food advertised, they constantly say they're out of things. This place is so gross. They need new management and employees. And they NEED to make their employees wear gloves. Disgusting!!!!
I understand that rideshare food delivery is a recipe for miscommunication, food quality drop-off, etc. And it's kind of a pain in the butt for restaurants sometimes to accommodate that relationship, but this is something I've never experienced.I am a driver, I go in and say I have an order, ready to give the order ID, and then snag the food. She says the customer cancelled the order..I go, well alright then, explain to the company what happened, and then move along. Later in the night I get another Boston market order.. and the same thing happened. I reach out to the customer and ask if they had cancelled anything, because this time I took note that the customer was still active on my app. They said no and they've already had another driver unassign their order for some indiscriminate reason. Pretty odd..Bottom line, these jokers either, don't feel like making any food after like 6pm on any given day, or they actually really don't have a single advertised food item on their menu "in stock". Wild. The rare occasion that I do get any kind of bad review, I seem to always have either taken someone something from THIS Boston Market, or have been refused at the door by whichever employee is behind the counter that evening. Wild.Also...the place is gross. Wouldn't recommend this one to literally anyone. I'm not a picky guy when it comes to eating. I grew up around this chain and it's somewhat decent reputation.Yuck.
First they did not even open until noon. When I went in to order only options were meatloaf and chicken. Could not order a salad, sandwich, etc… Beverage machine was down and no other options for drinks. There bathroom were disgusting. The employees were nice.
How is this place still open? Friday night at 6:30 and I was the only customer in the place. Food looked like it was sitting out all day. Soda fountain broken, so they only had bottles of water or kids juice boxes. And they managed to mess up my order after taking forever to put the food together. Far cry from what this place used to be. Sad.
Can't really rate it more than this. First time wanting to try a meal from this market. We arrived today for lunch and there's employees inside but doors are locked. Based on reviews, there seems to be constant issue with this even though on maps it says open. So disappointing that a reputable company/store can lack so much. At least put a note on the door or actually put that it's closed on Google maps so people don't waste their time. We ended up going to Einstein Bros Bagels. First time there as well and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED

What happened to this place? I used to come here as a kid with my family and remember the cornucopia of food options. I always used to get the ham, mixed vegetables and apples. They don’t have Boston Market where I live and I was feeling a little nostalgic while back in town. My mom tried to warn me; “that place is hot garbage now, don’t waste your money” she said. I was determined, however, but immediately regretted my decision. I went at 1pm on a Sunday and figured they’d have everything ready to go. Boy was I mistaken. Ham? Nope. Sliced turkey? Nope. Vegetables? Nope. Apples? Nope. My only meat options were meatloaf (?) and rotisserie chicken (which looked more like a roasted pigeon). My only side options were macaroni and mashed potatoes. I walked out and will never go back. I’m not sure if all Boston Markets have turned into a nightmare or just this one, but I’ll never go back. I’m not sure how this place can even stay in business. Total disgrace. Either shut your doors permanently or return to normalcy.
Why every time I go to any BM the sides look like left overs. I remember back in the day you would walk in and see fresh sides ready to go. Now every time no matter which location the sides look horrible. The sides are ur best part. And every time I go I have to pick what ever two look the best.
Food was great! We had to wait 15 minutes for woman to wipe tables, before she could cook the chicken with our meal. Add another 10 minutes for it to be ready. Perhaps it was because of a Sunday, who knows.
This place clearly has given up. terrible food delivery experience today, and it had nothing to do with Uber Eats. Such a shame. Boston Market recipes are delicious-when you can find a store that still cares.
