This place is fantastic -- the servers are always amazing and the food is to-die-for. The aioli sauces are so good, and I really like how everything is a la carte. I feel like they really care with every meal we eat there, and based on the service, you can tell the managers do a great job training the employees. Great venue, great people, great food -- you can't go wrong with this place.

I came for a juicy burger and got what I came for...its a burger and fry place at its heart, and if you have simple expectations, you won't be disappointed. Service is just ok...like a lot of places post-Covid they struggle keeping enough staff to help the place run smoothly. Also, burgers are inconsistly cooked which is frustrating...they tend to pull burger when properly cooked which means it's slightly past where you may have requested. Not too expensive, and the parmesan fries are really good.

Order took over one hour. My burger was cold. Service was bad. I asked for a cup of chilli, and because it is considered by BRGR to be a side, I was not able to get it before my main meal, and that policy never was explained. Not only that, they brought a BOWL of chilli with my burger. I just wanted to snack a cup before my main meal. I they told me, I would not have ordered.

Came here after The Yard messed up my order. Not only was the staff here friendly, my order took less time than initially quoted. The food itself was high quality and my wife loved the poutine. I would definitely come back here to try their other items.

settled in the galleria this burger joint does not disappoint. they have a create your own burger just like burgatory along with milkshakes. cooked to your liking and very prompt service adds to the encounter youll have here. highly recommend giving it a go

I love going on Monday’s because their milkshakes are half off and to die for! You can basically get whatever you want on your burger and they’re delicious every time. The staff is also very friendly.
