Food was disgusting. The avocado tomato bagel looked chunky and disgusting.

Bruegers coffee aint that great and the place could use a fresh coat of redecorating. They do give a refil which Duncan Donuts down the street fail to do. Duncan didnt even offer me a free coffee on Veterans Day. I spend maybe close to a $100 a month in Duncan Donuts and really the more I spend the worse I get treated, any else feel that way these days ?.

Interior is dirty and I was given the coldest most disappointing sandwich ever. Not gonna bother to look it up but I’m assuming that theyre supposed to be toasted, or at least not be rock hard when I try to take a bite. At least it came out fast!

Just wanted to get on here and say this is quite literally the most wonderful Brueggers bagels I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the establishment is always kept clean. It is a joy to walk into everyday with the wonderful staff and the excellently made food!

Just good coffee and a breakaway from the usual coffee go to coffee places I had a really nice bagel which of course is their speciality.

35 minute wait for a coffee, but only after joining a small line of people whose drinks had been forgotten.

40 minute wait for a bagel that was cold, wet and looked like it had been prepared in a panic whilst blindfolded.

Understaffed and ill equipped to cope with the morning rush, with one staff member who told everyone where to line up and then disappeared out the back as the line just got bigger and bigger, leaving 2 stressed ladies, one taking orders and the other making bagels, and a guy who slowly grilled eggs the entire time, making no attempt to help the overworked and increasingly flustered bagel maker.

Such a shame Einstein isn't open on Sundays

Bagels weren’t warm but that’s okay. Staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Bathroom could use some cleaning and fixing. We got the bakers dozen and hmm.. I would say the jalapeño one was the best, not spicy but very flavorful. Mocha was pretty good, a little on the sweet side

The Vermonter, should come with a sticky warning, but it's so worth it! I have no doubt the other items are just as good.

My hash brown was frozen after waiting for it for 30 minutes. This place was also VERY dirty. You don’t always notice how dirty a place is when you walk in, but when you have 30 minutes to wait, you have a lot of time to notice how bad it is. That said, employees were friendly and working hard. But it was a really disappointing experience. Also, reading other reviews after the fact, seems like they’ve had these issues for quite some time.
