I would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered 2 sandwiches, I confirmed twice the type of bread and they still got both wrong!!! No one else waiting, place was empty and I still waited 15 min for two bagels?? I got it to go, so obviously I only found out it was incorrect once I got home.
Workers don't wear proper hair nets and they had their hair down. How is this hygienic to prepare food with hair down?
Cashier goes back and forth and was preparing eggs without gloves.
Disgusting. Unacceptable.
Way too overpriced for the crappy sandwiches we got.

Why is it that every Sunday and Monday this sign is on the door? Do you only sell Jamba Tuesday through Saturday? And I wont even ask if your hours are correct because again on Sundays and Mondays this store closes by 1pm. Not 2 like it says. Maybe the big bosses should check on this place because clearly they dont want to make money. Run Far Far away from this place.

Every time my friends and I go there to order a smoothie we are told they are not making smoothies. They tell us they are understaffed. Meanwhile, one employee is just standing there. We were only asking for one smoothie. If you're not going to serve them, get rid ofthem. Tropical smoothie needs to take over.
The employees are very nice and the service is amazing. They were slammed with 30-40 people in line and still had things running efficiently. Best breakfast spot in downtown Pittsburgh!!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, waited almost 15 minutes for it. When I got to work to eat it, the bacon, egg & cheese on Asiago bagel was the most horrible breakfast sandwich I ever had 👎
The manager of this store, Becky , goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service!!! The bagels were delicious, the service outstanding!!! Thanks, Becky you made my day!!!
My coffee and bagel were well made. The restaurant itself was dirty... Everywhere. The prep counters were a mess. The floors had food and outside debris all over, and non of the tables were clean.
The high top table didn't even have chairs. My only issue with service was that the person att he register took my coffee order and didn't ask if I needed anything else. I had to wait till he was done making my coffee to ask for a bagel.
The order came fast enough, but I feel sales would be better if the place was better kept and the staff were there to serve... Not just get through the day. The restaurant only had 4 people in it and no one in line when I arrived.
I come in around every week and get a bunch of bagels for the week, I ask for them sliced and they say they can’t slice them, they can slice them they just don’t want to, I been to other locations outside the city and they will slice them even if they are busy. I told them that the downtown location has terrible customer service and very rude and antisocial employees. It would be nice if they said hello when a customer walks in. It’s your job if we want our bagels sliced, I even offered a tip and they still wouldn’t do it. This location needs to be looked at.
They are the best everyday I visit for my morning coffee
Ate here for the first time a few days ago and the service was great, super quick, food was great, the workers were all nice and helpful

Absolutely amazing everything is always good and worth the trip when I’m in town!
Amazing Bagels and nice employees.
I tried to get breakfast there but finally left after I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and neither of the two workers there even acknowledged I was standing waiting to order. I left and walked down the street to Dunkin.
Everytime I come it takes 15 mins to get my sandwich ready. Today there's 3 people with me included and I've been waiting for almost 20 mins now while I'm typing this. It shouldn't take this long to make a sandwich.
I’m a travel nurse in the Pittsburgh area and this place has a bagel sandwich called the Vermonter that is the best I’ve ever had. The guys working the counter were great and that sandwich was by far the best tasting bagel sandwich I’ve ever had
