Food was great, but the place seemed understaffed. The crew were polite and professional, but there were 3 employees trying to help a constantly filled lobby ordering and waiting on food. After paying for my order, it took about 20 minutes to get my drink, and then another 5-10 minutes on top of that to get my two bagels. Avoid if you're in a hurry.

At 11:00 am on a Thursday, this location looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week. There was trash everywhere, the floors and tables were all filthy. Napkin dispensers were empty, every trash receptacle was overflowing. Yuck.

This is one of the dirtiest breuggers i have ever seen. Walked in and right back out. Would be afraid to ingest anything that comes from this location.

Extremely slow service. They even had the audacity to ask for a tip (which we gave) but proceeded to move like

Needed a quick lunch between meetings. Came in and got a delicious quick sandwich for lunch. Very pleasantly surprised. No issues. Would definitely go back.

Bruegger’s Bagels sells bagels as well as sandwiches, beverages, and some desserts. Unfortunately, for our most recent visit, the restaurant did not have any muffins or Jamba Juice smoothies. We were, however, able to purchase a breakfast sandwich and two cream-cheese bagels. These foods were fresh and tasted good and had fairly low prices.

Pathetic. Bagels aren’t made fresh. Picked up 20 minutes after placing order and bagels were cold. Site/app told me 15-20 minutes because bagels are prepared fresh… Order was left sitting out for anyone to take. Ordered hash browns and got chips. Prepared wrong bagel when I paid extra for a specific bagel. Ordered what appeared to be fresh orange juice and got Simply. Good for when you’re desperate. Terrible all around. Wonderfully terrible job.

Floor was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. Was the only person at the register and was asked to wait twice while the person made coffee, made eggs, went into the back, etc. took 20 minutes to get two bagels and a coffee! And they’re regularly out of the Asiago bagels that I like so end up getting something else. Very disappointed and will not be back to this location!

Bruegger's Bagels is a chain restaurant that has locations in many states. Their menu lists not only bagels but also breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, desserts such as cookies and muffins, beverages such as coffees, teas, and orange juice, etcetera. This particular location in downtown Pittsburgh is open from the morning to mid-afternoon. For years, my husband purchased foods and beverages from here, and recently he returned to buy more. He felt disappointed that the restaurant had no muffins and that the Jamba Juice smoothies and juices were not being made. Nonetheless, he was able to buy two bagels with cream cheese and one egg-cheese-bacon sandwich. He got these foods to-go. He said that the employees performed their jobs fine. We thought that the bagels and the sandwich contained fresh ingredients and tasted good.

Great tasting plain toasted Bagel, with bacon scallion cream cheese. John & his staff are friendly and provide great service.

We came here this morning, I think on a regular day (non game day) the equipment and staff would be sufficient. We waited 20 min in line and 30 min for our two bagels. The staff behind the counter were running around hammering out the food but just couldn't keep up.

Visited Pittsburgh over the weekend stopped to get bagels and I was sadly disappointed that the restaurant is still closed for dining in. and the floors were filthy and it was only 10 am. I won’t be back again.

For as long as it took to get a bagel and a cup of coffee I might as well have gotten a seat at a real restaurant.

Since acquired by Enstein's, this place has gone to heck in the handbasket quick. basically, the old employees are gone, and the new ones are not in the habbit of working, I guess for the lack of adequate pay or whatever. Molasses would have had a leg up on these people. took me 23 min to get my order in with two customers in front and three employees behind the counter. The latter were Bs-ing among themselves chiefly. Then upon me placing the order - BAM! - cash only. WHAT?! Unreal.
