Disappointed they discontinuedmy favorite bagel flavor a while ago and not happy to be charged 50 cents for an extra slice of cheese. I can get a lot more in a grocery store for that price. Will not be back again for these reasons.

Poorly staffed at 7am. Long line. Limited drink menu. When checking out, the card machine won’t process payment without requiring a tip. $1.00 was minimum tip you had to give in order to process payment. Sick of being forced to tip!

This Bruegger's Bagels location has been my main go-to for my morning Grub Hub orders on busy work days lately. The food always arrive still hot, fresh, and always delicious! My bagel sandwiches are always on point and their twice baked hash browns are absolutely to die for! I ALWAYS buy the hash brown as an extra side because it really is just that good. The staff working there have also always made all of my orders accurately. I definitely recommended them to my staff and they have ordered from them and loved their food as well! ?

Just went to get a bagel sandwich and the woman started making it with our asking if I wanted it toasted. I said oh I'm sorry I want it toasted. She goes I can toast the top half I already put cream cheese on the other half. I said can't you just get me a new bagel, she sucked her teeth and stared slamming stuff in the trash so I said that's ok and walked out. These yinzers are off the chain!

Customer service is below average. I ve gone to quite a few Bruegger's in different states. This location is so far the worst. Folks all look miserable at work.I’m done with this location. One old lady at the register ruined my morning. Twice! Every time i order in store, there is an issue!

I waited and walked up she yelled at me said she’s not done with the previous order,and I walked away from the cashier,she yelled at me to ask me to go back. Worst dining experience ever!
