Excellent breakfast sandwich.
Much better than the Bagel Factory.

Great staff and great bagels!! Got the sesame seed one with onion and chives cream cheese, was perfectly toasted and amount of cream cheese was just right.

Delicious, cheap bagels, better than Einstein's. Has lots of space if you want to eat in.

Rude and ignorant for no reason

They switch up the way you order. This makes problems all the way around with the lack of prices. You place you order with the register now. They say here a list. You order and start seeing surcharges on your food for the different ones you order. This isn't listed on the list as being a uncharged items. You order a sandwich and only if the person ringing it in in paying attention do you get on the correct bagel. Cause you not telling the person who is making. This leads to mistakes with food and them writing a review on here. Like so. Everything is not the Onion that was ordered for the sandwich.

They toasted the bagel with the topping side toward the heat, so the onions in the everything seasoning are scorched and taste like char, while the inside is soft. The sandwich isn't cut either, which is inconvenient. The staff was rude when directing me to order at the register instead of at the bakery side. I probably won't return to this location.

The good thing about the store is that they’re open very early in the morning, so you can grab a very early breakfast. I had two bagels, both toasted and with cream cheese. The bagels itself were decent, but they were toasted a bit much for my liking to a point where some of the toppings got brought and left a bitter taste. The cream cheese was quite delicious, but the quantity was scant. I would have liked a little more cream cheese on the bagel. There were two ladies who were working there in the morning. I am not sure if they were tired or in a bad mood, but they were no smiles or greetings. Anyway, I always prefer to go to pigeon bagels, which is 10 times better than going here. The prices were quite economical, though.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and times must be getting really hard because there was barely a smearing of cream cheese on my bagel.

I've ordered from them a hand full of times. They always seem to mess up my order. One of the sandwich makers is usually pretty rude. I won't be coming back to this location.
