Ordered everything, plain and cinnamon raisin. I had to ask twice for a decent plain bagel, and then my cinnamon raisin bagel was blown and not looking good at all. They shouldn't sell bad bagels. I used to work there back in the day so I know what a blown bagel is and this is it.

Staff was extraordinarily rude when simply asked for an egg without pepper. You'd have thought I'd asked them to cut off their own arm. It happened twice on two different occasions with two different staff members. I've been to many Breuggers and it's never been a problem for them to simply throw an egg into the machine that cooks it for them that is sitting on the counter right in front of them. It takes literally almost no work and I always tell them I'm happy to wait to the side and let them serve other people until the egg is ready. It's not exactly unheard of for someone to not be able to have pepper. But this location had to make it an ordeal and have a full on temper tantrum about it, twice. ?

Just ordered a single bagel(five cheese) with cream cheese and it cost over $5.00 after taxes. The amount of cream cheese was miserly as well. Would not recomend!

I was served by Sharon who was incredibly rude and condescending. Absolutely not how one would want to be treated first thing in the morning. I shall not be returning to this location.

I love bagels. Especially, freshly baked bagels. I would never pass up a bagel shop in my reach. I came to Bruegher's Bagels on Murray was because my last cup of coffee at Commonplace was weak. Got myself a cup of dark roast and a BLT sandwich on everything bagel. Service was okay. I wonder why cashier scalded everyone trying to order should go to the other side. It's because they don't have a sign to tell people which side to start. Oh my bagel sandwich tasted so good. I asked to have it toasted first. Crunchy on the outside, hot and soft on the inside. Yummy to my tummy. Coffee was steamy hot. Perfect for a cold Sunday morning. Flavor was settle, nothing to brag about. Maybe it was because of the savory bagel I just finished. Thank you, Bruegger's Bagels, for being here.

Person preparing sandwiches seemed rushed and did not prepare my sandwich as i asked. After getting in car i had to go back in. The one who made them said i didnt ask for it. The other worker said yes i did. After that they gave me my cheese and onions wrapped separately for 2 sandwiches. If I wanted to make my own sandwich i would have went to the grocery store. I paid for a complete prepared sandwich, not one i had to make 2 trips to put together myself.

So, Bruegger's Bagels has been a staple in our home for a good while, at least since I lived in NC.With that said, finding one here was a delight. I've seen some other 1 star reviews about orders, etc. I may have gotten lucky with my experience or it may have been Door Dash screwing up the orders. (The reviewers ordered from there, mostly)Anyway, I've enjoyed the bagels that we got, (Blueberry, my fave) and really was not different than NC. Absolutely delicious! Warm from the oven!As always, a grain of salt and your mileage may vary! Thanks

So gross. Flies everywhere and it smelled like sewage ?

We had excellent service at this classic bagel shop! It's very clear that this shop cares about serving fresh bagels, as well. Our food was hot and made right in front of us, Brueggers style! Every single sandwich maker was courteous and social! We will definitely come back. Side note, the security guard in the adjacent parking lot let us park there for 1.00.

Okay, so I really appreciated the taste of the food (bagels, sandwiches, etc.) and most of the folks working were quite kind. I did not feel great about the squishy carpets between the entrance and the line for ordering, nor was I a fan of the multitudinous flies that seemed to have made their home among the open food trays. Not a great look, and will make me think twice about returning.

We ordered Doordash for breakfast this morning, we ordered an egg and cheese bagel with no bacon as I am vegetarian; you guessed it, the bagel came loaded with bacon. We complained to doordash and all we got was a $3 credit. You would think a store in a heavily Jewish city would be more careful about not loading food with pork products when meat was not requested.
