The staff is so kind, but please get them more help. 33 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches (1 breakfast, 1 lunch). People behind me were served first, and when I asked, they were kind and apologetic and said they were 4 people short. I never saw them slack, I know they were trying, but please get them help. The food is good, one of my favorite breakfasts in the area especially for a quick stop. It unfortunately wasn’t quick, but I could tell they were trying. I hope they get more help soon so this place can stick around!

I arrived at Bruegger’s Bagels just before closing, literally at 1:59 PM, and expected the staff to be a bit rushed, but it was the complete opposite! Both ladies at the counter were incredibly patient, kind, and more than willing to help me customize my order without any hint of frustration. Their calm and helpful attitude, even at closing time, truly impressed me. It’s rare to experience such exceptional service from an entire team. Bruegger’s has definitely earned a loyal customer. This will be my go-to bagel shop from now on!

Great service.

The last two times I've visited the service has not been up to the standers. That I'm used to.

Wobbly tables, obnoxious music and a telephone ringing and ringing and nobody answered it. Bagels sandwiches were good but I wish they had salt and pepper. Good coffee and OJ.

It’s amazing that every time I go into a Bruegger's Bagels, they are either completely out of whole wheat bagels, or only have a couple left. The McKnight Road store had 5 employees on duty when I visited recently, and only one of them was doing anything—the cashier. While her co-workers were standing around talking (and definitely NOT baking any more whole wheat bagels!), the cashier had to take orders, prepare elaborate drinks, work the register, etc., without any help. I just wanted bagels to go, but was told I had to stand in line and order them from the cashier. I got the baker’s dozen, although I could only get the remaining two whole wheat as part of my 13 items. Then the credit card machine didn’t work, so I had to use cash. When I complained to my wife about only getting two whole wheat, she replied, “What do they care—you still bought what what they gave you anyway!” So now I’m not just irritated, I also feel like a mark... .

This place getting worse and worse. Apparently they don't know how to put smoked salmon in bagles. Items I received were wrong couple times. They should put self payment system like other place does cuz cashier doesn't know how to do their job.

Total is so expensive for quick grabs and service is not good at all. I do not recommend this place.

This place is so embarrassingly slow, it's like they're punishing you for being a customer. Murderers serve shorter jail sentences than it will take to get your food. It would be faster to plant seeds, breed chickens, learn how to bake bread, harvest the ingredients, and make a bagel yourself. You will never, ever make it out of here in less than 15 minutes. No matter how busy it is, no matter what time of day, no matter how many people are working. You've been warned. Trust me, I've tried. It's impossible. Don't say I didn't warn you. Today, there were only two orders ahead of me with pretty normal orders, a few sandwiches, a few bagels.. but for some ungodly reason it took 30 minutes to get my order of ONE bagel sandwich... just ONE bagel. THIRTY MINUTES. Literally a fully staffed building. THIRTY minutes... ONE BAGEL. I considered just taking the L and leaving. I have a feeling they have that happen pretty often, tbh. This place is just painfully slow every time we've been here to the point we just don't even want to come back. Even if you order ahead on the mobile app, make sure you add about 10-15 minutes to the "order will be ready" time. It's not a bad bagel, but it's simply not worth the wait.

Candra and Katie were so friendly and welcoming! I wanted to take a survey to say something nice on the receipt, but there wasn’t one. If the owner sees this review, please acknowledge these young ladies! They have exceptional customer service skills and I will be back because of the fantastic service received!
