Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Brewsters is always a great place to go and get any type of ice cream. The staff is always friendly and we always leave with a smile on our face as well as hey, big smile after we are done having the delicious flavor

Love me some Bruster's Ice Cream. It's always so fresh and the flavor options always are appealing. I often get my favorite flavors to take home. 😋

They offered dairy free options, which is great.

I like to stop at this Bruster's. But when I don't stop, I love seeing the families waiting in line, and sometimes seeing some kids and parents on sports teams having ice cream together.
My favorite time to stop is Thursday nights, when if you bring your own banana, a banana split is half price.
They also have free Pup Cups for dogs.

Love the ice cream. The online system is never up to date with non-dairy options which is very frustrating.

We stopped at 9:30 pm, my wife got a small cone, which was good, but I ordered a large chocolate malt, which was as runny as plain milk, a faint taste of chocolate, and very little malt. I've ordered chocolate malts at many Brusters, this was by far the worst ever, I just dumped it in the trash. I thought about getting it remade, but if they couldn't make this one correctly, how could they make a 2nd.

I visited Brusters this evening and was very underwhelmed. The size of the scoops i received in my waffle cone were those meant for a kids cone at the adult price, the ice cream (white turtle) was very soft and contained 3 pecans at best. I am not sure what has occurred since I last visited, but I will not be back there anytime soon (if at all). So disappointed……..

As a kid till now this has always been the best ice cream place around, I also find myself trying new flavors but this particular time I tried cake batter and it had to be the best flavor I have ever had. It is rich in it's taste and the value is well worth it. Would definitely get this again, just a smaller size since they give you so much!

Today was PJ Day! The beginning of Spring ?. You could donate PJ'S or wear yours and get a free waffle cone with your favorite ice cream.

Paying over $5 for a scoop of gloppy ice cream is unaccptable. Don't do a disservice by unloading it on unsuspecting customers. If the freezers aren't working correctly then let the customer know beforehand and offer some choices of ice cream flavors that are frozen hard.
