Nicest manager or owner and delicious ice cream! It’s impossible to pick a favorite! He made us a flight yesterday to try different types of ice cream and we couldn’t pick our favorite because they were so unique and delightful! Highly recommend!

I've loved Brusters ever since they had an old location years ago in Greenfield. I used to have my birthday parties there, and I now love taking my daughter to this location. Ice cream is always delicious, they get the line cleared quickly, and it's always super friendly. The owner (I'm assuming it's the owner) is constantly outside to make sure any messes are cleaned up, decorations are always set up correctly, and never has a problem helping the employees in the back. 10/10 recommend ?

Kid-friendliness: They offer a free kids cone, if they are under a certain height.

Always wonderful products here the multitude of flavors of ice cream are amazing. They have non-dairy Italian ice and sorbet. Ice cream cakes and pies it's always a treat here. Staff is super friendly. Need the key lime pie and the apple pie back two of my favorite. Stop in to grab a treat worth it ?

Omg the best ice cream in Pittsburgh! And the workers were so nice and patient while we made our selections! So much to choose from and it’s difficult because they’re all so yummy!

New person not ready to take orders or even prepare them and then aditude from the shift lead when you say something. Does that look like a ice cream sundae made right.

I am a tough reviewer. I am hard to impress not only with ice cream, but with food in general.

This is some of the finest hard ice cream, both full dairy and sorbet, that I have ever had. Don't keep it in the house; it's a treat meant to be enjoyed rarely, and this is where to go for hard ice cream. Open and shut. Nice little area to eat it outside in squirrel hill (more towards Homestead).

I have had other flavors at other locations, and they hit as hard. Last time I went, I tried the Mango Dragonfurit sorbet, and it was delightful. Light, crisp, refreshing and fruity. The best sortbet I have had outside of a 5 star restaurant.

Best hard (no comment on soft) ice cream in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, stands up to the Greats like Stuart's, better than Ben & Jerries (I lived in Vermont for 17 years I know what I'm talking about), Hagen-Daz etc.

Plus it's always nice to have friendly staff that let you try... whatever you want!

Awesome place! Here is a suggestion… scoop of banana chocolate chip and s scoop of cherry vanilla. Like your own simple banana split!

I’ve visited this place recently and had their Vanilla Sundae with Hot Fudge Brownie. It was pretty decent the employees were nice and service was quick too.
