Wow. This place is authentic and affordable. The food reminds me of my trip to Santa Fe. The portion sizes are ridiculously fair for what your paying as well. Unfortunately as far as the atmosphere goes it's kinda. Hole in the wall. But this overshadowed by the kind service and fair price on food and did I mention how fast the food was ready? 15 mins. Food was absolutely average at best. Chips and queso have sero flavor and queso came out quite cold and the chips a bit stale and just zero flavor at all. Margaritas were made fresh, however they also had no flavor and was not good by any means. Used fresh ingredients but was not good. Tacos were bite sized and Burritos had no flavor and were not very tasty. I 1000% couldve made better food at home and saved myself the trouble. Very disappointed to say the least This place has no flavor, not the best customer service. I would advise you to go somewhere else for mexican food, this place is NOT IT!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every single worker acted as if they were forced to be at work. My food was cold as if it was sitting for a long time ready to be served. I’m surprised I stayed because the customer service was horrible as soon as I walked in but I was really hungry. I won’t be back!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the south hills. Quality ingredients and amazing flavor. It's obvious BTOS prioritizes the food more than anything and it speaks in the dishes that come out of the kitchen. Takeout is ready in 10 minutes and just as tasty as if you were sitting in. Highly recommend!

My colleague and I stopped here for lunch when we realized that where we wanted to go did not have indoor dining. This was a short walk from where we were so we decided to give it a shot. There were no customers which made us a bit uneasy but we gave it a shot anyway. I got the carne asada burrito and she got a steak quesadilla, both were very good. Their chips and queso were good also. We left happy. And more customers showed up once we were there. Give it a shot! They have a large menu and have some things I’d like to go back to try.

Purchased through Grubhub and picked up. Ordered 3 tacos and only got 2. Didn’t get any sides that were ordered with the tacos. Tacos were average ant best. Also got a quesadilla which was fantastic and I enjoyed. Would recommend quesadilla over anything else. I don’t understand how there are no repercussions for not getting what you paid for. I will not give my business to a restaurant that makes you pay more for nothing. Unacceptable and deceitful. Do not order pickup from this restaurant as they will not give you what you paid for.
