Good single scoop cup of chocolate ice cream!
The one in Ross Park Mall is better but it is ok
Used to be good quality drinks. Loved the Mochi donuts before. Last visit the donut was stale, not chewy and nice.. and my drink tasted like sugar water. I always get brown sugar milk tea. Sometimes it's perfect, I don't want to gamble everytime I come here. Service is bad as well. No greeting, no smiles, no eye contact. I always greet and thank the employees but they never look up or say anything?? And the product is not even good enough to keep me wanting to come back... sorry.
Good customer service interesting menu
The most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth, others agree.
Nice Boba Tea Shop
Amazing experience, the bubble teas are amazing. I and my girlfriend really enjoyed our time there. Love from France
Out of donuts.. out of all except 2 popping flavors. Lady working couldn’t be bothered to put her phone down during me ordering.
I ordered a blueberry donut and then stood at the counter for 10 minutes. A dozen other people came and went after me. Eventually, I told one of the staff I'd been waiting 10 minutes for a blueberry donut. She went to a rack, pulled off a donut, threw it in a box, and slid it across the counter at me without ever making eye contact or uttering a word. All three of the women on-staff spent the entire time making and drinking their own drinks and playing on their phones. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll never come back.
We love this place! The bubble tea is great. They soak the tapioca bubbles in syrup, so they're nice and sweet! And the mochi doughnuts are so tasty! My favorite is the taro and I like the jasmine milk tea the best.

Ignore the 3 star review from Tiffany “the local guide”. The mochi donuts are good, Tiffany is just uneducated on what a mochi donut is. “I though it would be mochi” “I was expecting a deep fried aka Dunkin’ Donuts”
Can’t be both Tiffany. Mochi is not usually deep fried.
“It was chewy but in a good way?”
Mochi is chewy. Have you just heard the word and imagined something in your head rather than actually try it before?
Mochi donuts, like other mochi, are made with glutinous rice flour. This gives them their chewy texture.
Tiffany’s review sounds like those people that substitute stuff in an online recipe then get mad when it doesn’t work because it’s not in the recipe.
In short, learn about what you’re eating before making useless comments
I wanna start off by saying my boba was really good. On that note, i was at the mall looking for a pick me up treat because i had to put my ferret down today. When i approached the counter the two employees were on their phones with their airpods in and did not acknowledge me when i walked up to order. The girl looked at me but then looked back down at her phone. I ended up still ordering but through the tablet. I didnt expect special treatment, but maybe a hello or a what can we get you would have been nice. I think employees should treat every customer like their pet died that day. I know how overwhekming and hard it can be to work in food service because I do too. However it came across very rude and like they couldnt care less. Not all of your employees are like this but the good experiences i have here are few and far between. People save your money and your faith in humanity -- just make the boba at home.
I am so disappointed with the staff at this location. They are very rude and need improvement with their customer service skills. It makes no sense to work at a job where you have to greet and interact with customers everyday and you can’t/refuse to do it. The lady working took forever to greet me, was very unwelcoming and when my drink was finished it was warm and over brewed she just slammed it on the counter and walked away. Self awareness and kindness would do this place wonders! I hate to be a Karen but it genuinely shocks me how bad the customer service always is!
Ordered from UberEat for two Jasmine Green Pearl Mike Tea. Worst drink ever, throw away immediately after the first try.
Just left the restaurant. Both employees working did not practice food safe practices. Neither employee washed their hands before preparing my dish and one employee sneezed on the utensils that were going to be used to mix my drink. One of the employees was an employee I had a previous interaction with at the Subway next door who refused to let me speak to her manager when she issued incorrect information and showed extreme unprofessionalism. Unsurprisingly, she and her fellow employee both displayed a lack of good customer service and a lack of food safety. Neither employee was kind, sanitary, present when we waited to order, and there were personal belongings around the open kitchen area. Both employees had phones out on counters, one employee was on their phone with her earbuds in while she was making my drink. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. As a former food service employee & manager, this is a disaster. I wish I could leave negative stars, speak to a real manager, and get a full refund. This is a health hazard.
