Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Welcomed by the host and seated. Waited for waitress and from what I heard from other waitresses/waiters, our waitress wad nowhere to be found so then they took our order. Waitress was nice and helpful, took our order quickly, she kept checking in on us which was great.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buca Di Beppo in Pittsburgh with a large party of 15, and I must say that our experience was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to our incredible server, Amanda. From the moment we arrived, Amanda's accommodating nature was evident. Managing a group of our size is no small feat, but she handled it with grace and efficiency. She took the time to understand our preferences and expertly guided us through the family-style menu to ensure we ordered the perfect amount of food. Her knowledge of the portion sizes was impressive, helping us avoid the common pitfalls of either over-ordering or not having enough. Amanda's patience and willingness to serve were truly remarkable. She navigated the complexities of our large group with a warm smile and never missed a beat, making sure that everyone was happy and well-cared for. Her attention to detail and proactive approach to service made our meal seamless and enjoyable.The food at Buca Di Beppo was absolutely delicious. Among the favorites were the chicken parmigiana, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the prosciutto-stuffed chicken that was savory and tender, and the fried mozzarella, which was a hit with everyone at the table. Each dish was prepared to perfection and served hot and fresh. Amanda's exceptional service and the mouthwatering dishes made our evening truly memorable. If you're ever in Pittsburgh and looking for a place to host a large gathering or just enjoy a fantastic meal, I highly recommend Buca Di Beppo, and be sure to ask for Amanda – she will make your dining experience unforgettable!

Place is well past its prime. Very expensive for what you get. We thought the food was good, but not great. And being among only a few tables there after work on a Friday, we are wondering how this place stays open. Service was good though.

This was an AMAZING way to end my birthday. Gigi was absolutely incredible— she was so attentive and sweet. The food was PHENOMENAL and the atmosphere was as welcoming as I remembered it to be. I can't wait to come back.

We arrived and it was chaos! People w/ reservation had been waiting quite awhile, people w/ to go orders were getting upset when they arrived, our res was at 7P but didn't get seated until 7:40PM. When we were finally getting seated, the waitress was complaining how other servers were not helping her and whispering under her breath how everything was just a mess. We expected a full dining room based upon the wait, but surprisingly we were the only table seated with 10 empty un-bussed tables around us. At this point, the damage was done.. and left before we even ordered.
