Good food… no, great food and awesome drinks. I love Mexican food and this hit the spot!

An excellent Mexican restaurant with authentic cuisine. We ordered the ceviche, which was delicious and balanced. We then ordered the torta ahogada (a typical sandwich from Guadalajara) and the street tacos-all good. We finished the meal with fresh strong coffee and a flavorful tres leches. Service was attentive and efficient.

I wanted take out and I wanted to try something new. This restaurant came up as an option. I ordered the Carne Asada. ?It was so good. I also had rice and sweet plantains. That meal was a Steal for the price. The meat was seasoned and tender and not overcooked. The portion was huge. I didn’t even finish it. I didn’t know what to expect and I was impressed. I would suggest dining there. That’s why I didn’t take pictures because take out doesn’t always translate as well as a restaurant presentation. There is definitely a totally unique, personalized flavor going on here and it’s delicious.

Pleasantly surprised at this cool neighborhood spot. Vibe is casual and fun and the food is really excellent. Honestly there is no longer any good Mexican food here and this fits the bill! Very excited about this little spot and look forward to watching Steelers games here. Everything tastes homemade and is BOMB. Highly recommend !!

Awesome torta! Plantains are amazing. Quality tacos on good tortillas. Rice and beans also way better than most places. Great service in a very pleasant space.

Riquisima comida ? Loved the Churrasco, Mexican Torta Ahogada, sweet plantains, & street corn. Everything was so fresh and the staff are all very kind and friendly. Highly reccomend!

Great new spot on Ellsworth! So glad there’s somewhere to get a great torta and a Pacifico nearby and the carnitas are amazing.

Hidden gem alert - Found a new favorite lunch stop - plenty of veg and vegan options, fresh ingredients, and great service. Portions are generous without overdoing it. Great space for a group or a quick bite on your lunch hour.

This was our first visit. We love the open air part of the restaurant. Sitting inside with the “garage” door open was great. Outside seating allows dogs which is nice. The menu is fairly limited. The skinny margarita was fresh and tasty. They forgot the salt though. Food and drinks came quickly. The street tacos and sides were all very tasty. The beans were good but lukewarm. I noticed another reviewer said that too. Staff were friendly and even ran after a family down the street that forgot a little toy to return it to them. Prices were a bit high but not crazy. We will be back.

I have been trying every place in PGH I could find that claimed to serve micheladas after falling in love with them on a trip to México, and this is the first time I have been genuinely happy-- this is my go-to bar now when I'm craving cerveza. Food was good, too, and the staff were fun to talk to.
