Buffalo Wild Wings

Everyone was great. The manager came out to the patio and changed the TVs to all the games that I wanted immediately. The two waitresses were super nice and attentive. Food was excellent. They even let our dogs sit with us out on the patio! Definitely recommend this buffalo wild wings. Will definitely be back!

I was seated, and after that, I the manager had to take drink and food order because the server never came to my table. She never checked on me or anything. I was waiting for my check for over 20 minutes. I had to get someone else to get my check. I have been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for over 10 years and never had bad service like that. It probably be a long time before I go back to Monroeville.

Only reason i'm giving this two stars instead of one is because the manager there was great. So we drove out there 20 minute drive got boonless wings with different sauces. Drove home, wings were dry as a bone because the employees in the back were lazy and just squirted a little sauce on them like ketchup. So had to drive all the way back, waste time and gas and then wait for them to make us fresh ones. Again thanks to the manager there that was on duty on 10/27/24 for making us new ones and throwing some extras as well for the inconvenience. I'm officially done with buffalo wild wings. Been a customer to them for 10 years and I gotta say they have gone so far downhill. Thier high prices, their tiny wings, the bs insanity we just went through, no one ever answering the phone at the Greensburg location. Anyway, because I've been doing this a longtime here my prediction. The "owner" will reply to this with the same bs generic reply all corporate chains do. "Hey, sorry for the bad experience, please fill out this form, or follow this link here" Because nobody these days gives a damn about customer service anymore.

They are so good at providing cold wings and absolutely 0 services, manager ignores the customer while passing by them even after seeing they need help. Need a new management. Absolutely bizarre

I used to like it here. Went with my fiance last night and the time we had was terrible! There was a clearly drunk employee sitting at the bar that the bartender seemed to be much more interested in talking to about "seeing him later" than helping us. When she took our order we ordered one mild and one sweet bbq and she brought out 2 mild, which isn't a big deal and she fixed it and got me another order of bbq, but when we were done and ready to pay she was NOWHERE to be found. She was talking and laughing with another employee in the back and just having a great time. After we sat and waited we decided to go to the front and pay and she finally saw us came over and grabbed our check and walked it back to the bar and then brought it over and annoyingly handed it to us and walked away.
When we went outside to leave the manager of the store was talking to the drunk employee outside and I guess trying to get him to go home or whatever. The place wasn't busy, there were multiple employees there, the service just sucked. Food was ok. Won't be going back to this location until I find out it's under new management or something changes.

Great place to watch the Sunday game. I guess the 2 waitresses were having a battle of whose table it was. Not something we need to be privy to. However ,our food was good and the drinks stayed full. The waitress continued to let us know we weren't her table the entire time. L o l

The only place you can hear the tvs is in the bathroom. Sound is terrible.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. My server was very attentive and personable even after being triple-sat with new tables. Lots of TVs for entertainment. The prices were similar to other places in the area but the food was mediocre at best.

I enjoyed my experience here. In order to get delicious wings is to ask they be cooked fresh to order. Service and atmosphere was good also.

Overrated. If you want wings go to Buffalo Bill's in New Kensington!
