Placed a pickup order online, and the presentation was extremely disappointing. The food looked like someone had already taken a bite—my wrap was torn in half with jagged edges, clearly not cut with a knife. It was sloppily put together and unappetizing. Definitely not the quality I expected.

I've been to this BW3 location many times over the years. Service has gone down hill in the past 5 or 6 years and is now consistently bad. Took family of 5 here for lunch on a recent Saturday. at 130 in the afternoon, the restaurant was about 1/4 full. Took over 5 minutes to get someone to great us at the front and offer to seat us. After sitting at the table for over 10 minutes with no server coming over to even say hello and offer drinks, we got up and left. I could see multiple staff just standing around in the kitchen area doing nothing. Very poor way to run a resturant. General manager should be fired for allowing that level of poor service to persist. Sad to say, this is not the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. Won't be coming back and will spread the word to anyone else I know to avoid it
FWIW, I've also gone to the Washington, PA location multiple times. Service is always very good and food is delicious. Seems there is a problem at the Robinson location that corporate needs to address.

In my memory the lady who served us did not have white hair, I repeat NOT white hair. But she had hair. I certainly would have remembered if she didn't have hair. The lady with the non-white hair was very attentive and brought us buffalo wings and beer.

We waiting 35 minutes for a drink and only got it after I went to the bar and pushed the bartender and server. I waited 45 minutes for my meal and my husband waited an hour and 10 minutes for his wings. We were at the one in North Fayette and WILL NEVER GO

Showed up at 1235 Pm on a Sunday and didn’t get waited on for 10 minutes then took another 10 minutes to get my drink then waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for food that never came. Spoke to manager and he blamed it on the waitress who was by herself while he did absolutely nothing. Got no apology from manager and I decided to leave. Terrible service terribly ran restaurant.

This place is terrible. The wings are tiny, once it hits 10 pm they ignore delivery drivers and pickup orders and take 30 minutes to make 3 naked tenders and some fries, and there's nobody even here eating to slow them down! I just watch a woman walk out with 2 babies that said she'd been standing here an hour! On top of it, I just stood there 20 minutes while nobody helped me, just for her to come out and tell me they don't have my order! Cost me 30 minutes total, and uber didn't even compensate me! Thanks for screwing me out of about 25 bucks with your lazy ass staff!
Edit: 4 months later, here i stand waiting 20 minutes for 12 wings and a large fry. When are you gonna fix your terrible night crew thats back there with a stereo blasting, not helping customers, and not cooking orders? Get it together!

I walked in there acting like a complete Karen. We went to the bar and there was no one there. After a few moments I approached a girl cleaning the floors asking if anyone was working the bar (ai wasn't nice about it. Hanger is real) and the bar tender walked up and informed us she was taking an order. Despite me being a bit bitchy, she provided excellent service.

Went on a Tuesday (PittsburghPenguins game). Downloaded the app for BOGO Tuesdays. Our waitress/bartender was great. Very attentive even when the bar was busy. Wings were tasty. We asked for them to be "well done" to make sure they were crispy and they were. This maybe our new Tuesday hangout.
Vegetarian options: The menu does provide a meatless option.

Been there several times to eat, drink beer, and enjoy the service with Alec! But tonight- the food was awful- black and just nasty. Alec was awesome and Jay the manager was super nice!
Service was great and the atmosphere of the place was good also but I probably won't recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. I got the chicken tacos and there was barely any chicken on them. They loaded the plate up with fries but that's not what people care for when going out to dinner. It would have been better if they had half the amount of fries and more chicken on the tacos but I guess that's how they save themselves money.

One of the worst dinners out we've had in a long time. I wanted to come here. The family usually pushes back, because we've had so many bad experiences here through the years, but it was my birthday so my choice. First, we ordered apps, they brought us a side size instead of the app size. They updated the bill so fine. But then our food started coming. They brought it out one at a time, which was weird. Then, it took forever for my wings to come out. They checked on us and saw that all food had come except mine. It still took about 20 mins for mine to come out. Everyone was done eating. I was going to just cancel it. Couldn't get anyone to come over. Then they came out, room temp. No one seems to know what's going on. When a reward didn't take in the system they said sorry nothing we can do. They seem terribly understaffed and undertrained. It makes me wonder what's happening in the kitchen.
