Burgatory is my favorite burger restaurant of all time. It has a great atmosphere, and everybody is so friendly and happy. The service is great and the severs always are very kind and talk to you regularly. The food is amazing, and you can choose everything about the burger with a sheet that you fill out there. You can choose your patty, bun, cheese, sauce, seasoning, sides, and extra toppings.

A very good burger in a cool atmosphere. Our Waitress was very nice, we let them know we were on our way to a Hockey game and were kind of in a hurry. They waited on us and got our food quickly. Very Clean and nice staff. You fill out a card on the table of exactly what you want and just hand it to the waitress and we they do the rest. A good experience for sure.

We enjoyed creating our own sandwich choice. The milkshakes were ok but expensive considering more than half the cup was nothing but whipped cream. Despite not being busy our waitress did not come to the table much.

Absolutely disgusting. I got a burger and fries yesterday, asked for pink in the middle and it was raw. The burger was on the grill for maybe 10 seconds on each side. This was one of my favorite places. @MGK would be disappointed #GlassHouse RIP Mac. The meat wasnt even bonded and still looked like it came out of the grinder

If you're looking for a burger, go to mcdonalds. If you're looking for a Burger Elevated, this is the place. They have more options than you have sense to pick them. They always cook the burger exactly how you want it. The aides are outstanding and their shakes are definitely heavenly.
Oh, and the staff is amazing. Always friendly, upbeat and smiling. They know you're going to love the food, and it shows.
Customer service is terrible everyone was sitting in the back! They took 15 minutes to come out & greet me! I will never go back to this location ever ! Young white lady was very rude she looked through the window and saw that I was irritated and still didn't come out and serve me

Went on a weekday. The staff was attentive and lovely, even apologizing for things that were not even a problem. The burgers were well crafted as always. I had to eat my Take 5 milkshake with a spoon there were so many bits in it. You spend the same amount of money elsewhere and get lesser quality and atmosphere. Spend it here, leave a good tip, and walk out satisfied instead of wanting.

Milkshake was great. Burger was burnt to a crisp, even though I ordered pink, it was completely inedible and tasted like charcoal. Fries were soggier than a wet noodle.
