I recently came for dinner with my family and everything was amazing. Our waitress was very polite and we got our food very quick. Which was nice because we had a movie to get to after dinner. After arriving at the movie theater, we realized that my daughter forgotten her retainer. At the restaurant, she had it in a napkin while she was eating (Big mistake I know) I went back to the restaurant, asking if they would be able to check for the retainers, the staff instantly went into action. The manager Seth searched the garbage and was able to find my daughters retainers and even clean them off for me. I am super grateful that they were so willing to help especially during dinner time. Great customer service!

Pretty good overall... however the music that they play here is absolutely horrible and very loud unfortunately for the customers who are forced to listen to this... so I paid the 6 dollars for 2 glasses of tea we ordered and canceled the rest of our order and went to Chili's instead...

Custom burgers are where it's at and the spiked milkshakes. Some menu items have changed over the years (toppings wise) especially avocado and guacamole. Other than that this a spot when you crave a meaty burger. I also enjoy the changing drink menu and cocktails
Today we had a great experience at burgatory. Our bartender (Jurnee) and her twin were so lovely and kind. There were two patrons next to my boyfriend and I- who were so unkind to multiple employees while they were just doing their job. as someone who has worked in service since 18 and was a bartender, they were just miserable humans. Meanwhile, Jurnee was so cute and sweet and was fantastic to us from the get go. She handled the situation with such patience.
Anywho- I hope she sees this because she was lovely and kind! We will definitely be back and hopes she doesn’t let miserable people get her down.

Delicious food, love that they have not typical things on their menu. *editing my review* due to repeated bad service we won't be back for a while...one particular waitress we continue to be sat with has consistently been inattentive. I always tip over 20% and I've tipped her well, for bad service, multiple times now.
Visited this location with a friend, it was her first time there and the staff was super friendly and thorough in answering any questions she had. We both loved the experience and will definitely be visiting again.

I actually went to this location when it was the only one and the now expanded franchise was just getting off the ground. After years and a ton of growth into an area institution, I went with my wife and son for lunch on a holiday Monday, and had a nice time overall.
The specialization is obviously burgers, with the ability to create your own being a linchpin. My wife and I both chose that option, and enjoyed our choices, though I do feel the total quality (especially for the price) has diminished a but as the franchise has grown. But it's still a good burger, with pleasant and attentive staff and an atmosphere that feels comfortable. Worth a stop if you're in the area and craving a burger with creativity.
