For years this has been my go-to spot in Pittsburgh for a delicious burger and shake. On top of that, the service is always friendly. Today, I mistakenly placed a pick-up order at the wrong location and the Robinson team went above and beyond to help me correct the order. And they made it sound like no big deal, almost like it was a joy* to help. Then, the bartender sweetly offered a soda while I waited. The food is so good and this team is packed with rockstars who really made my day with their warmth and understanding. Plus (did I mention?) damn good burgers and shakes. Obviously I’ll be back.

The burger tasted amazing! I got a business burger, and it was cooked to perfection. They also have good fries and good shakes! Pretty empty, but was decent atmosphere for conversation. Service was alright, and because it was empty, our server covered a bit.

Delicious food with great service! I got 2 appetizers + beer during happy hour. The serving size was much bigger than I expected for the price and I gladly took the rest home. Yummy food and awesome bartender! I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

My brother brought me here for my first time when I visited Pitt last month and it was so good, I made him take me back before my return flight home. I have been a vegetarian for the last 32 years and I prefer vegan as much as possible. Most places have a veg menu but it’s not that good. Burgatory’s vegan burger with bbq, Mayo and pickles was absolutely freaking delicious! Best vegan burger I have ever had, hands down. The chips are awesome as well. I get to Pittsburgh about once every 20 years or so and I hope this joint is still around when I get back again.
