The food was alright. I didn't like that they gave chips instead of fries.
Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had at a restaurant would highly recommend
The burgers are awesome. They are charbroiled and you can taste it after you're done. Their burger sauce is ok, it's made of mayo, ketchup and cinnamon. The milkshake is also awesome.
First time visit: Quoted 35 min for pickup, took over an hour.. wanted my burger pink, came out well done, and chips were stale and over cooked.
Great burgers for all of us. Food awesome. Service was good.
Stopped in for a root beer for my son before we had to wait for an airport arrival. Sat there for a half hour getting the hairy eyeball while others were served multiple times. This makes twice in a row I've had
shitty experiences here. We
used to frequent and love Burgatory. Burn in hell.
Very tasty burger and a friendly server made this a nice late trip after a long day of flying.
You get to fill out a paper and put whatever you want on your burger however you want it cooked
Arrived at 513pm to order Togo. Gentleman was nice and courteous then our food sat in the window for almost 15 as the worker talked to his significant other. Food is good.

I’ve been to the North Shore Burgatory before and they were excellent as well. This location wasn’t any different; friendly and helpful staff, great food and excellent service. I had the Morty’s Steakhouse burger and my son had a build your own. We shared a Gorgonzola fry. All of it was excellent and filling.

Delicious, well cooked, flavorful burgers. Both burgers were cooked perfectly to temperature across the entire burger patty. The hormone free beef tasted fresh with a smooth beef flavor. The fresh russet potato chips were made fresh to order and at the perfect cook (fully browned) for that homemade chip flavor. Recommended for burger connoisseurs.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger is an option as well as the green goddess salad which has quinoa, couscous, and chickpeas.

Had an excellent meal with a group of coworkers. We shared an onion ring appetizer, that had humongous rings that were perfectly cooked (the breading was light and crispy, hardly any oil, and the flavor was delicious. Each of us ordered our burgers - some went full custom, and others tried several creative options already on the menu. Each was done exactly the way we hoped for, and tasted incredible.
Our server Liv was outstanding! She was personable, attentive, great sense of humor, and got every order 100% correct. Liv made our first visit to Burgatory easy to navigate and choose delightful options. She recommended the apple pie milkshake and those were exactly as she had described (including delicious).
Highly recommend this Pittsburgh local chain!!

Easily one of the most delicious meals I've ever had- Tortilla chicken burger. House made queso. 10/10 would fly in from MN just to eat here.

Food was great, I wish my sauce on my custom burger was put on rather than under the mountain of Kettle chips but that's little bit on me. Service was sub par and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
