I personally am not a fan of the food! I tried the roasted potato salad n it was okay! Not a fan of the burgers but the cheesy jalapeño cornbread was really good, did not use the honey butter as was too sweet for me!

We visited The Robinson Burgatory over the weekend. We were very unsatisfied with our last visit and we will not be returning. The food was less than mediocre. The service was very good, but my order was wrong and the food was just Okayyy. I feel like I was at an Applebees and I don’t like Applebee’s. Burgatory has definitely gone down and for the price of the burgers it’s very disappointing.

We had a delicious dinner tonight! They made a mistake and took our food to the wrong table. They came over and apologized and gave us free dinner and half off shakes! I thought that was very nice!

Quick burger spot with freak milkshakes! I always come here at least once while working in the area. Burgers are large, side options are nice, ok beer selections. Service is great, nice people, great conversation. Sports on the TVs, with plenty of different channels.

We have come to this location several times recently. Unfortunately the wait for food gets longer and longer. I understand we may come at busy times, but even with a handful of open tables, it takes 30-45 min to get burgers for a family of four.
Along with the wait, the food hardly comes out warm. It’s never been hot and this has been our experience the last handful of times we’ve been here this year.
As far as accuracy of the order, the kitchen is slipping.
Last time we came my son didn’t like his burger so we ordered a new one. We paid for both and in no way wanted a free burger because it was our choice to order another sandwich. This was supposed to be an impossible burger. When the second sandwich was brought out, I could smell the beef. I was skeptical but asked the waitress if it was an impossible burger and she arrived that it was. This burger was for my older son who is not vegan, but as a vegan I prefer to order them the impossible burger when we come out. I picked it up to smell it closer and it was clearly beef. We didn’t bother to say anything since my son isn’t vegan.
Today, we ordered four burgers and we did not get any seasoning for my younger son. He kept saying it was spicy and I kept telling him that it’s not spicy because there’s nothing on it. We thought he was just messing around. He was done so I finished the last 1/4 of his burger and it was indeed spicy. We let the waitress know (Meghan) but did not request a bill adjustment.
Before tip our total bill was $98.98 for lunch for a family of four. Which we have zero problem with. BUT we would like for our food to be correct and to come out in a timely manner.
Other things to note: fries are advertised as seasoned and they’re not.
I know vegan cheese doesn’t melt as well as regular cheese but the don’t even try. It just comes hard on the burger like they threw it on then stuck the bun on and sent it out. This can easily be improved by covering it on the grill for a minute or two.
Finally, customizations are rationed. 2-3 small pickle chips should not be $1. If you’re going to charge $1-2 for add ons, then don’t skimp on them. It’s quite ridiculous.
If customizations and ticket times are a problem in the kitchen then things need to be reevaluated for a better customer experience.
Would love to keep coming here because they offer a lot BUT not if it takes 45 min to get food, then have it coming out with skimpy toppings and being luke warm and incorrect at that.

Slowest service ever...sat at the bar onlt 1 bartender that was swamped with orders making it very difficult for her to attend . She never even came back once to see how everything was..also it took over 30min just for a burger and fries...it was ok but It safe to say I would not be going back as a return customer. #dobetterburgatory

Always a good burger here. Love the wicked wings. Wing could be cheaper tho. $15 for 8 wings seems excessive

We come here about 6 times a year, maybe more. The food is more often than not spot on. But I couldn't help but want to post about our server, Liv at the Robinson location. She was amazing! Please give her recognition.
