The manager that was there this past Sunday was amazing and helped me with picking out a shirt. My family and I ate there on February 1st, 2026. Our server was on top of things and the people at the front were very helpful when I came up to ask about shirts. I was very impressed with the staff and the food was absolutely amazing. If I could give 100 stars I totally would. Thank you for an amazing first experience. My Father recommended we come here if we were ever in Pittsburgh. He was not wrong with the recommendation.

I came here with 2 young children (ages 4 & 6) after going to the Museum of Illusions nearby. The food was delicious, as always. The burgers are so good it's almost sinful. :-) The staff were very accommodating with the kids, and that made it fun for all of us. Thank you!

Spectacular food, worth the price. Flavors, textures, were fabulous. Double burger was enormous.
Chicken sandwich was just okay, needed a sauce to cut through it, but still delightful.

Me and my partner picked this place on a whim while visiting Pittsburgh and absolutely loved it! I definitely think it's worth doing the build a burger option as you can really create something so unique! And burgers come with crispy potato chips, which were actually pretty crispy! And then they also had a wonderful nitro cold brew espresso martini that was perfectly smooth

These burgers never disappoint! I’ve recommended Burgatory to many burger lovers and have only heard good things back. The Oreo peanut butter pie milkshake is very good (but pricey) the fries are nothing special. Our waitress Tyesha was one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever had in my life, she went out of her way to make my kids laugh and make the whole experience great!

Quantity of food is unimaginable, for kids you have to order 2 kids meals as one would not be enough at all. Mac and cheese is served like 3 oz or so.

The service I experienced was prompt and kind. My sangria was spiced, excellently. The no pink, applewood smoked bacon, American cheddar, leaf lettuce, pickles, with a tomato and mayo. Mouth-watering. You should go here.

My friend has been recommending this place to me for weeks. I have been so curious to experience Burgatory since, especially after hearing about their amazing shakes and reading up on their menu. Therefore, after a long convention day, we decided to stop in.

Man ... am I ever glad we did.

The moment you set foot into a Burgatory, you quickly see the quirks of their brand! The atmosphere and decor are so fun and really got me intrigued right at the beginning! For those of you who are gamers, it gave me very Stanley Parable vibes in such a good, good way!!

It was so easy to get settled in at our table on a Saturday night of all nights. It didn't take us long to order, so it was a smooth process from ordering to receiving our meals.

And man, was I ever thankful I came with an appetite.

I got the Strawberry Pretzel Salad shake, the Wicked-Wich, and Jalapeno Cornbread. Starting with my shake ... the texture? Divine. The flavor combination of salty pretzels with lush, sweet strawberry? DIVINE. These shakes were what my friend bragged about before coming here, and I am so glad I listened and got one. If you are a pretzel person, be ready for a pretzel experience!! I loved having crunch all throughout my shake; the strawberry, cream cheese, pretzel ratio was perfect!

Now, as for my Wicked-Wich ... let me just say it blows my mind how I was able to pick up various levels of spice and flavor from this sandwich from the very first bite. I'm a major flavor person and hate bland food. Not one bite of this sandwich was bland in any way!! The chicken was so beautifully seasoned, the toppings were LOADED on, the bread and butter pickles were to absolutely die for, and I made a complete mess of myself with the hot honey drizzle. LOL. I am not a breaded chicken sort of person, but Burgatory made me a believer that I can enjoy it again.

Finally, the cornbread. I am a major cornbread lover but find so many places make it so, so dry. Burgatory is not one of those places. First, the amount of cornbread they give you is INSANE. Two big slabs were on my plate, and one big slab (and the cup of honey butter) left with me. And these slabs? Were decadently soft. Paired with the honey butter, they crafted the perfect blend of sweet and mildly spicy!

Now, before I wrap up, our server, Buggz, absolutely deserves a shout out! Buggz was a genuine angel (Haha, get it? We're in Burgatory!) of a server who was so sweet and attentive the entire time. Like I mentioned directly last night, the service really was the perfect addition to my first night there just because of the kindness and investment in making our experience wonderful! 🫶 You're the best, Buggz!

I will be back the next time I'm in Pittsburgh!
