I’m sorry but after seeing how many positive reviews this place had, my expectations were much higher. Even if I went into dining here with no expectations I still would give this place the same two stars. It deserves one but the waiter was nice. I ordered the double smash. It was the driest burger I have ever eaten and tasted and even looked burnt. I eat burgers all of the time. This was extremely disappointing. The name has burger in it and the smash burger was one of the worst I’ve had in my life, I’m not kidding. Maybe it was the cook, but 20 plus dollars later for disappointment and not even finishing half of it and a soggy side of small fries, no thanks. I’d rather eat McDonald’s.

The house burgers looked delicious, but the build-your-owm option was too fun to pass up. The burgers were perfect, but the service is what put this restaurant over the top. Our server Bree (sp?) heard that it was our first trip to Pittsburgh, and took the time to write down some of the must-see places around the city. We were treated very well, and will be back the next time we are in town!
