I told my brother that I would take him anywhere he wanted to eat and he picked this spot for his birthday dinner. He really enjoyed it!! He had the elk BBQ burger with the baked beans and he said they were delicious. I got the strawberry pretzel salad milkshake. It was fantastic!! If you like jello pretzel salad, you would love that shake. The dry aged wagyu burger....amazing!! Skylar was our server. Excellent customer service!! She checked on us periodically which I appreciated. I have been to other Burgatory locations and I must say that the McCandless Crossing location is my new favorite!! I will definitely go back!!

She was visaby annoyed when someone at our table ordered a burger with no bun or sauce (due to special diet) . There were several flies we were constantly shooing from our table too

First of all, the shakes are AMAZING! My wife received a cold brew brownie, which is delicious and thick. My family also received three different chocolate shakes. The burgers 🍔 are large, succulent, and delicious 😋. Salads are large, tasty, and filling (my daughter and mother each took leftovers home).

Came to Pittsburgh for 4 days from Florida… and have been to Burgatory twice because apparently I have no self-control. The Piggy Butter & Jelly burger? Life-altering. The jalapeño cornbread with honey butter? I’m officially in my Plankton era—scheming in dark corners, plotting to steal the secret recipe.
When the server asked if I needed anything else, I said, “Yes—your owner’s number,” because I just learned Burgatory only exists in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Don’t make me have to move here. I don’t own any shoes except flip-flops, and my toes, taste buds, and tummy will thank you for opening a Florida location instead.

Ordered one regular beef one impossible for delivery. Got burgers completely reversed. As in the box labeled impossible had proper sides and toppings for the impossible custom order but was a beef patty. Same deal for box labeled beef. Proper sides and toppings for beef custom but impossible patty. Thankfully I bit into mine first and noticed to prevent the vegetarian from accidentally biting into beef. Had to deconstruct both and try to move toppings over while also not cross contaminating as best as possible. Absolutely unacceptable on your expo team, this is a completely outrageous mistake especially since one was specifically impossible meat. Likely will never come again because of this and only got a half of our cost from DoorDash repaid. I’ll be calling soon to discuss this with your management team.

Tab was $90 for two people. The service was so bad it was impossible to even enjoy the food. The person seating is was rude as hell; we didn't have an actual server, the bartender had to wait on us which is fine and all... But it took them 20 minutes to even bring water and ask what drinks we wanted. It was about 830 PM so a couple hrs before close.
We figured maybe our server was out for lunch when we got in and let that slide, but after we finished dinner it took 20 mins AFTER we were done eating for US to request the check.
This is some of the worst service we've had at a restaurant. They weren't short staffed; the bar had maybe 5 people to care for, and maybe 3 parties at tables; they had at it and like 3 cooks, 3 servers working and a bar tender.
Pretty sad as my partner has been a long time customer and hyped up about going here.
$90 + a 20% tip and the experience was absolute HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money. We've had better service from McDonalds and a pack of beer from the gas station for 1/4 the price.
