I just received my ubers eats order. WRONG, not as ordered and completly dried out. The shake and the rings were ok. The dbl smash burger was terrible. I ordered it cooked medium, it was worse than well done. I could not eat it. NOT Happy after spending $51.00

PSA….. the four of us who went to the game yesterday decided to eat pregame in PPG rather than fight the crowds at the bars around the stadium. All four opted for Burgatory burgers. Cold, dry, stale buns cold fries and tasteless seasoned chips. Absolute garbage. They should be embarrassed to put their name and reputation on this product. I have been to the free standing restaurants and that was better but I will never go back again.

If you like dry, overcooked burgers that leave a bad aftertaste lingering for hours, you will love these burgers! I want to be very clear that this review is for the Burgatory at PPG Paints Arena. I've always had a good experience at the local restaurants.
