Just assume you are going to have a bad time if you go to an central city fast food restaurant in 2025 and if you don't....it is your lucky day. About 50% of the time I am in and out but if orders stack up you might be waiting for awhile. Staff is usually okay, they generally have 2 to 3 people running the entire store when they should have 6 optimally. The worker with the braided hair is very good at her job for someone doing three jobs at once.

Do not trust them with a delivery order!! Several times I have had missing items. The most recent order wasn't even properly sealed, it was wide open!! And when I called the store the supposed manager sounded like a kid and there was a lot of talk in the background that sounded like they were in a panic. From what I have seen in other reviews this place needs an overhaul of employees and management. Maybe corporate needs to pay a surprise visit because the current staff is ruining the reputation of the franchise.🤬👎

It was so dirty. Found one clean table in the empty store. Took 20 minutes to get food. Only brought half the food. Brought each item to the table one at a time after that. Still had to ask for my fries, my granddaughters drinks. Asked for those. Still didn't get my other granddaughters drink. Was the last thing we got in the way out the door. Worst experience at a fast food place ever. And I've had some experiences. This place should be shut down.

I went to the Wendy’s right next door and got service immediately. Guess what color people work here?
Make a order wait for 30 minutes after that they tell you we don’t have to make a new order for you every time they don’t give me my right food disrespectful to customers try to get a new workers outside delivery, young black lady

This Burger King is absolutely useless. The staff ignored the delivery driver completely—he honked, used the drive-thru mic, even had someone look right at him and walk away. Dining room was closed, no one answered the phone, and no effort was made to help. Pure laziness and zero professionalism. Never ordering from here again.
