When the employee at the counter saw me walking into the restaurant, she turned her back on me and walked away. How rude! Then, I saw another employee and asked her to give me my order that was ordered online and should've been ready by now. She told me to wait, turned her back on me and proceeded to do nothing staring into the screen for 7 minutes waiting for somebody in the kitchen to cook chicken. In the meantime my order was ready and waiting for me. Finally, the 3rd employee that worked at the drive-through window walked to me, asked for the name on my order and gave it to me. It was 1 nice employee and 2 that rudely ignored me on purpose. What's going on with the management at that location? How do they train their staff? Or do they train their staff at all in customer service?

This is probably the best fast food option around the neighborhood for the price. Their fries can often be cold, hence the four star rating. Still, I would recommend it for a lazy day when you just want a lot of comfort foods.

Lousy experience. Had 3 sandwiches. Only 1, the Whopper, was warm. The other two were cold in the middle of the chicken. The fries were cool and looked like they were old.
I ordered through their app for delivery... Could tell the fries were old... Did not get my entire order... Like do people not read... And when I let them know in app that there were items missing I got oh we can give you a 5 dollar coupon but not refund u for the missing items
