When doordash isn't screwing up the delivery and if there's an issue with my order Ed at the Natrona Heights store the manager always fixes it either by giving me a refund or a replacement.
Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!
This is an updated review from 5/14/24. The food was hot and exactly what I ordered. If I were to rate the service provided by the person who waited on me at the counter, I would rate it a zero. The person had such an attitude, as if I were bothering him by wanting to place an order inside. I will think twice about placing an order if I see that employee working.
