Waited 30+ mins in drive-thru for an app order. Food was cold and didn't follow directions on my whopper. A huge waste of time and money!

I am done with this Burger King. They have one or two employees working and you'll wait 45 minutes in the drive thru before leaving out of exasperation. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE SO YOU CAN KEEP THEM!

Don't think I forgot about you guys. 12/5/25 I arrived here at 9pm. Mind you the sign ON THE DOOR says dining room open until 10pm. Online says drive through until midnight.

Its 9pm and the doors to the dining room are already locked. Swing around to the drive through, it's still 9pm mind you. And no one is taking orders in the drive through.

If you shut the whole place down at 9pm how about updating the sign on the door and your online hours.

Didn't get any food but I'm sure it would have been 1 star along with the atmosphere i didn't get to experience and the lack of service i received.

Girl taking order and at the window was rude and nasty too busy on her cell phone talking to someone (it was on LITERALLY on speaker) completely ignoring us.Absolutely ridiculous. I work customer service-so I get it but it does reach a point where you need to do your job……. After everything I said it was a snarky huffing and puffing “Anything else? Anything else?” How about a nicer attitude and for you to do your job and get off the phone for even a few minutes 👍shameful customer service

just waited in line for 30 minutes and they would not even take calls at the box. there’s just a girl sitting on her phone at the window. i just had a mobile order. it was due to be picked up at 12:30. this is honestly kind of insane? there’s not many people inside either.
