We love it here. My only recommendations that would make it 200% amazing would be 1.) add softer seating options- every chair and barstool is a hard surface, no softness
2.) add a touch tunes

i have a bunch of food allergies. they use canola oil in the fryers, have a dedicated gluten free fryer for fries, and the staff double checked ingredients and answered all my questions cheerfully even though I am a pain in the ass to serve because I can't have so many things. I built my own smashburger that came on a bed of greens. the fresh jalapeños are on the spicy side but delicious if you like it spicy add them. I will definitely be back and if you have allergies and it has turned eating out into a nightmare, be ready to fall in love with this place.

Dietary restrictions: talk to the staff, they will help you! no peanuts or peanut oil in the place! canola oil in the fryers, and a dedicated gluten free fryer

I came here with 7 other friends for the first time. All of us had the burgers which I thought were fantastic. Very well seasoned and flavorful. The fries were good but under seasoned. We had a fantastic waitress.

My experience at Burgers Brewing wasn’t the best due to the customer service and overall experience. My girlfriend and I were seated by the hostess quickly which was good.

A few minutes later our server came quickly (didn’t mention her name) and gave us 2 glasses of water. We waited and waited for her to come back to take our order but she never did. The thing was the restaurant wasn’t that busy at all. There were many open tables and spots at the bar as well. But all the servers seemed to kept going to the same few tables for whatever reason. We proceeded to wait 20-25 minutes in total before we just left. There was another couple who was right next to us and they didn’t even get greeted after they sat down by a waiter and they never even got glasses of water. They also walked out the same time my girlfriend and I did.

Again, due to the poor service + lack of attention that we were giving as patrons we left. This was my personal experience my first time ever in this establishment.

Great smash style burgers!. The pierogies are outstanding. I enjoyed the smoked helles. The burgers were solid. Prices are quite reasonable.

My only gripe is the chili is straight from the food distributor and not house made. Even then it was still a wonderful experience.

I am so embarrassed to recommend this place to my partner. He got a chicken sandwich and it was nothing but the batter. There was maybe 10% chicken and 90% skin. It was awful. The service wasn’t great either. I ordered a pickup and I still had to wait around 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time for the food. People didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in for several minutes. I had came once before and had decent service and food. This has turned me off forever.

I've been to this location a few times both done in and take out, as I live near by. Zelionople location, both food and service, much better. Tonight, I decided to get takeout here. I paid online and picked up in person. I arrived at the time that was suggested. It took 5 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge me, even though it wasn't particularly busy. He told me that it will still be a few minutes, which is fine. I then proceeded to wait almost 25 minutes for my food. Another patron came in after me for a pick up order. Much to my surprise, her order came out immediately after she arrived and she was also acknowledged immediately. A couple minutes after she had left, I finally got my food, however, I did not get my beverage. After trying to stop the bartender to ask for my beverage, I just gave up because he moved on to other people. I look at my food and there are barely any fries (I get a burger comes with a half order but geeze) and a burger haphazardly put together. What a waste of money to get a half put together meal and no drink that you paid for. Trying to call or get in contact is a waste. I called immediately after getting home to no answer. I wish I could get a refund, at the very least for the beverage that I did not even receive. Don't be discouraged from this restaurant because of thisnlocation in particular. The original one in zelie is much better.

I had the best experience here, the polish hill was recommended by our beautiful waitress Lauren and it was a powerhouse- all the flavors were there and she was super attentive to our 6 top of people from out of town, she explained the whole menu and even had suggestions because we had some food allergy. Hard to take them anywhere those allergy people but we had an awesome time and I can’t wait for my family to come back bc Lauren was personable and took the time to help us with the menu and toppings for everyone in the group-10 stars!!!
