I used to love this place. But I've noticed a couple things going weird about their coupons and what they end up charging me at the end of the day. I ordered two large pizzas which is a deal for 30 bucks my deal ended up turning into $50 for two pieces then by the time in my kid picked up the food it turned into $52. They're not trustworthy and they get no more of my service don't care if that doesn't mean much to them I just found them to be hella shady.

We make this a regular stop when we need a familiar family meal downtown. The kids always finish their food! We always sit upstairs by the huge picture window and watch the activity on 6th St! Our favorite area!

Went to the Steelers game on Christmas day. Hotel gave us a take out menu for Cafe Milano. Ordered wings,Italian sub and salad. Food was FANTASTIC! Arrived hot and on time! THANK YOU!!

Called to have an order delivered, I asked a few simple questions and the lady taking my order has a very bad attitude. She was only interested in taking my order and not answering 2 simple questions. She said, " I am busy and don't have time are you going to order or not". After what I just experienced I responded, " No because your attitude sucks". I hung up on her. If she can't handle 2 simple questions then she needs to quit and get a job with no stress. I wouldn't give them a penny of my money. If she would have just answered my 2 questions, we would have been off the phone and they would have made the sale. Now, no sale and no tip for the driver.

Been a frequent customer for years loved the pizza the other day I go in to get a chix salad. Finally get home put the dressing on ready to go to town as I’m moving lettuce around you know getting the dressing in all the nooks and crannies. A damn live green bug crawls out from between lettuce. Can you talk about PISSED and appetite ruined. I still did not call with an attitude I understand things happen I simply say yes I was just in and got the salad there is a whole live bug in my salad the man tells me I’m lying and to bring it back that completely pissed me off even more because LIE for what I can send you a video I got hung up on that was it for me that proved they are NOT washing their produce super dangerous and disgusting

I stopped by with my group to have a quick lunch. Pizza, pasta, salad, etc. This place sells basic western food. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you when it is ready. Food is prepared quickly, I felt it was a lot. I felt the taste was normal. It didn't seem bad for a quick lunch.

I visit Pittsburgh often for concerts or work. I have ordered delivery from here about 3 times. Pizza was phenomenal. The salads have been delicious, fresh, and large portions for what you pay. Great value. Easy ordering online and getting delivered to hotel. I would absolutely recommend the food here!
