We come down for lunch whenever we are in the area. They are known for the gumbo which is delicious, but we have never had a bad meal. Mac n cheese, greens, yams, were all great. Our friend liked the ribs. The owner Mike is a great guy as well.
Read about the gumbo so had to try it. Delicious!!! Spicy. Also loved the Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and cornbread. Mike the owner was delightful. Will definitely be back! Lots of vegetarian options. Look forward to the sweet potato pie too. (They were out). Yummy desserts!
